Design apartment of 120 m2 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, recently renovated with luxury qualities and very good taste.
Very bright, spectacular sunsets, two balconies and fabulous views. Exterior with elevator and two balconies. Spacious and cozy living room and integrated kitchen (50 m2 in total), 3 bedrooms (one en suite with bathroom). Spectacular kitchen with all appliances, crockery. All the amenities (Heating, air conditioning, cinema projector, 2 tv, wifi Thermomix, etc). A double room, another with a 105 bed and extra mattress and a suite with bathroom. 2 bathrooms in total.
It is located in one of the most beautiful streets of Madrid. Strategic location next to the main museums (Reina Sofia, Prado, Thyssen, Caixa Forum), Las Letras district and Retiro park. Zone not saturated by tourists.
Area with life but very quiet at the same time. Around palaces and historic buildings, delicious tapas bars, restaurants. The zone integrates the traditional and traditional flavor of Madrid with modern places and artistic spaces.
Only 10 minutes from the Retiro Park, Puerta del Sol, Atocha Station and less than 15 from the Plaza Mayor. You can visit all the places in the center of Madrid on foot.
Perfect location for public transport and direct connection to the airport. Economic parking 5 minutes.

We were taking our kids to Spain for the first time and this apartment was perfect. It is centrally located but still on a quiet street. There is a large open kitchen and living room area where a family can hang out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. The apartment receives a lot of light from large windows. We were close to museums and restaurants. Staying here really added a great deal to our trip. Jorge was a warm and very helpful host. Would come back and stay here in a second.

We spent a week at Jorge's spacious yet homey apartment, on a great street in a wonderful central Madrid location.
From our initial contact, Jorge was helpful and incredibly prompt. He answered all of our questions, provided helpful information about the apartment, and facilitated an early check in for 2 of our group who arrived on an early flight.
The a.c. and washing machine were tiptop, and Jorge even gave us a discount because one of the bedrooms smelled of smoke from a prior guest who had not obeyed the no smoking rule.
The apartment layout provides great views onto the lively street scene, but the bedrooms are back around the central courtyard, and very quiet.
We very quickly felt like locals, muchas gracias, Jorge!

We had an amazing time in Madrid. This apartment was perfect for our group of 5. Its centrally located in a quaint section of the city, within walking distance of many of Madrids must see locations such as The Prado, The Sofia, The Royal Palace of Madrid, etc...Jorge was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. We will be returning to Madrid again soon, and look forward to staying here again.
