Location is central and close to metro station and big super market.

Booking.com sent a free taxi to pick me up from the airport. But the address was not correct. The online check-in process was rather elaborate, so had to sit 30 minutes at a cafe before I could get the right address and door access code. The host was very friendly and responsive, though. The hot water had almost no water pressure, but they came to fix it the next day (on a Sunday), which was great.

Deberían de mejorar el acceso, cobran antes de tu entrada un seguro de 18 Euros o 300 en garantía, sin datos o internet no podrías abrir la puerta.

Het appartement is zeer schoon en smaakvol ingericht. Locatie vlakbij metrostation Lavapiés. Fijn dat er vlakbij een supermarkt en bakkerij was.

Op zaterdag hadden we tijdens de nacht wat last van omgevingsgeluiden.

Too much online admin on the day of travel. Short term written agreement requested on day of travel, insurance surcharge of £16 for a 2 night stay. Hot water only enough for 2 showers but 4 people. Lock on front door not working in accordance with remote instructions so needed other occupants to give us access. Very noisy apartment due to outside noise as late as 4 in the morning. This apartment was not really suited for us but folk who like a vibrant district and late nights might enjoy.
