    Hotel is in walking distance from all the museums, shops and famous canals. Very silent, very clean and warm. Hotel employees are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is very lovely. Coffee machine and tea station in the room are definitely increasing the comfort. The only thing, which is a main feature of Amsterdam, I know, are narrow curvy stairs. Dragging 2 *20 kg luggages to/from 3rd floor, especially with a muscular tear in the shoulder is over than difficult….. But anyway, I would choose this place again, only would ask for the 1st floor and view to the canals 😍

    The location is good, but not too child friendly place. We waited 15mins outside on our first night. No elevator so its a bit hassel, the women in the canteen is friendly, aside from that all is good. Nice hotel

    This hotel is not worth the rate they charge. The rooms are extremely small, the bathroom glass is see through (absolutely no privacy). The bathroom tub/shower is a huge safety issue. The staircase (no elevator) is very difficult to go up and down. The pictures are VERY deceiving. This hotel is nothing like it looks on the internet. The only positive is the staff was very nice.
