Property is in an excellent location- not too close to the touristy areas but only a 10/15 min tram ride away. Excellent links to the city centre. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating
Only one small grumble- we dropped something under the main bed and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned under there n a long time

The saving grace for this property is the amazing location, its perfect for anyone wanting to experience a more authentic Amsterdam.
Very steep stairs with no lift, not the end of the world but you’ll struggle if unfit or elderly. The apartment was kept very clean by the cleaners although the photos are deceiving. The apartment is abit tatty and needs a refurbishment. Also the staff were extremely rude when i booked a late checkout he was hounding me saying i didnt even though i had proof. In the end he said his colleague made a mistake and never apologised.
