    Extremely disappointing stay. I specifically requested a quiet room on a higher floor and away from the elevator when making my reservation. Instead, I was initially assigned a ground-floor room next to both the housekeeping station and the elevator — the exact opposite of what I requested. Only after insisting and waiting around 30 minutes was I moved to another room. Unfortunately, the problems continued. The safe in the room was not working because the battery was low. More importantly, the air conditioning repeatedly failed throughout my stay. The room was hot and humid, and despite multiple calls to reception and promises that the system was being “reset,” the problem kept returning. One night, I called reception at 2 AM because the room had become unbearably hot, but nobody answered. What made the situation worse was the attitude of some staff members. Rather than showing concern, I was met with dismissive and condescending responses when trying to report issues. At one point, I was told, “If they told you they’re working on it, then they’re working on it.” Housekeeping was equally disappointing. On my third day, I requested that the bins in my room be emptied. I called reception and repeated the request in person before leaving for the day. When I returned that evening, nothing had been done. The bins had been overflowing for three days. The only positive part of my stay were 2 staff members: Ygor and Gee who were genuinely helpful, professional, and apologetic. They were the only persons who made an effort to assist and deserve recognition for their customer service. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that I previously stayed at Leonardo Hotel The Hague and had a completely different, much more positive experience. Unfortunately, this hotel did not come close to meeting the standards I expected from the Leonardo brand. I will not be returning.

    Traveling with my mom and my mother-in-law. The check in was a nightmare: at the beginning they stated that the room was not paid, even if it was. Then my mum found in her room that the garbage from previous guests had not been emptied. We were not explained that the standard cleaning of the room was not automatically done but we needed to reserve it via the hotel’s app or the website, so our rooms were not cleaned. absolutely not recommended. We really didn’t get a service for €*** per night.
