The unit itself was excellent--very clean throughout, bathroom was large. Location was perfect. Response to needing an ironing board, portable AC, and other questions I had was very quick. I think a welcome guide/manual in the unit would have been helpful.
There was construction right outside so it was difficult to take a quick nap in the afternoon. But that couldn't be helped. There was an upstairs tenant with a toddler who kept running back and forth, and it was very loud right above our heads.

Well situated, nice neighborhood. Spacious shower and bath and good sized bedroom. Very comfortable.
Be aware of the steep stairway. Typical of the area but can be a bit daunting for older guests. Narrow steps and sharp incline.
