This place was almost perfection, it's really lovely and I hope to go back and stay longer in the future. The location is phenomenal, it's in the heart of everything, yet quiet in the evening and has a residential feel to it, very safe and quiet. If you don't like the sound of people moving about on the floor above you, take note, it is an older building with lots of internal noise but that was literally the only issue. The owner was responsive and quick with anything we needed. The steps are intense and there's no elevator, but again, it's gorgeous old Amsterdam so that just adds to the vibe! I can't think of a better place to sleep in that beautiful town and I cannot wait to go back!

Great location and the owner was extremely helpful.
Warning to older folk, the stairs are very steep. Missing some of the "little things" such as tissues, hand towels, water. We were unlucky enough to encounter a broken tv.

The location and the room
The property has no lifts, there were very steep stairs that you had to climb with luggage to go to your room. The water in the shower area doesn't drain property due to the floor level being uneven.
