Location excellent but apartment block across the street is a building site and noise could be an issue during the day but if you're out and about this this should'nt affect you. I wasn't an issue for us.
We were there during a very hot spell and would have been nice if the property had a fan of some sort to be able to cool the space down as it did get quite hot in the room during the night.
