    the hotel is in a good location, however the rooms are really small. we were here in summer and it was very hot. we couldnt use the AC during night, because we got a headache since it blew right at our heads. the breakfast is good for the price, staff is nice

    We loved the proximity to both the Nation and Picpus metro stations that will bring you to many major sights and the centrum in 15-20 minutes. The street is quiet and overall a pleasant neighbourhood. The rooms are small but cozy and comfortable, and staff was always friendly and supportive with our requests. As the hotel is not too big, it had an overall calm and welcoming atmosphere. The patio is an extra plus!

    This is a great hotel in a perfect location for getting around the city. A 5 minute walk to the train station makes the entire city easily accessible. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

    Apparently there are three hotel Printemps in Paris and like us travellers often end up at the wrong one. Due to this my dream of a cruise on the Seine did not come to fruition. Instead of the twin room we booked - my friend and I were given a double!! Not impressed we asked the receptionist to move us. This was not possible. As two middle aged women- we did not expect to be asked to lug our suitcases up a large flight of stairs as the room we were provided could not be accessed via the lift. The receptionist while very pleasant and apologetic offered no compensation. He did however give us a cup of juice each in the morning.
