The property is charming and beautifully presented. Staff are wonderful - friendly, helpful and welcoming (including the feline member of staff, Mimo!).

First of all, this is not a friendly place. When you arrive, the receptionist asks you to pay the bill before even saying "hi". Then you're left alone in the building. When we checked out, the maid told us to return the mugs we used. She declined to move. What a strange sens of hospitality! We've been to Paris many many times, first time it happened.
In the morning, you'll be awake at 7.30 when the staff prepares the breakfast. The air con is also very noisy.
Finally we found the towels ridiculously small and the cleaning lady didn't change them.
Disappointed. There's much better in the city centre.
