A great location from which to explore Paris. The accommodation was off the main street- a little green oasis. Great rooms, great communal space which our family lived to use, good breakfast and excellent staff.

We loved the beautiful courtyards. The staff, especially Pearl looked after us fantastically during our stay, and Nina was helpful in providing tips for parking beforehand. The neighbourhood was a little further from the major sights than where we’ve stayed before but much better for non-touristy places to eat and drink. The room was beautiful and spacious and breakfast was lovely. We also loved the cat!

This property is an oasis in the city. It is very nicely appointed.
The towels could be improved

First of all, this is not a friendly place. When you arrive, the receptionist asks you to pay the bill before even saying "hi". Then you're left alone in the building. When we checked out, the maid told us to return the mugs we used. She declined to move. What a strange sens of hospitality! We've been to Paris many many times, first time it happened.
In the morning, you'll be awake at 7.30 when the staff prepares the breakfast. The air con is also very noisy.
Finally we found the towels ridiculously small and the cleaning lady didn't change them.
Disappointed. There's much better in the city centre.
