Good for a very short stay if you don't plan to spend much time in the hotel

The hotel is located in a good neighborhood with nice public transportation options. The room was super clean. Surprisingly comfortable bed!

The room is super tiny with a window overlooking the entrance to another building. It makes the stay a bit uncomfortable in terms of privacy, as you have to keep the curtains drawn.

Breach of privacy and dirty linens- did not feel comfortable or welcome

Cool neighborhood, far enough from the tourist areas of Paris to give a real local experience.

Upon checking in, we found dirt (or something) on our bedding. When I requested new linens, the front desk attendant made us show her that they were dirty rather than just changing them, as if we had to prove it. When we eventually got them to change the bedding (after waiting over an hour and asking multiple times) housekeeping let us into another persons room to wait- a total breach of privacy for those people (we did not go in). After this experience, we did not feel comfortable or welcome for the whole stay and couldn’t wait to leave. Also the room is tiny- like barely room to move around with two bags in there.

Great location. Only a few minutes from a central metro station but on a quiet side street. Lovely little pizza spot for dinner just down the street. Cute, tidy rooms. And the air conditioning was a life saver

Cute, quiet and modern hotel in a great location

The District Nation hotel is simply wonderful. The location is perfect, very close to the metro station Nation, from where you get wherever you want to go. It is close to Bd. Voltaire with countless cute restaurants, cafes and bakeries, but in a side street, so it is very quiet, at least on the 5th floor where I stayed. The room was spacious by Paris standards, with an extremely comfy bed and a very nice, clean, new and stylish bathroom. The staff is super friendly and happy to assist you. I only stayed for two nights, but I would definitely recommend the hotel, since it's a good value for money with an excellent location.

Good, but they need to fix AC and smell

Location was well located. Staff was very friendly.

Air conditioning did not work in our room. Also as reported by others in reviews already: there is a smell coming from the bathroom drainage. When we enter the room after a long day this is not a nice welcome. After opening the windows it is solved though.

Nice place to stay new, clean and comfortable.

The hotel is new and it was very clean, comfortable and cosy. The size of my room (303) including bathroom was small but enough to enjoy the stay. No noisy outside no bad smell. 10 minute walking distance from “le marais” and in the place of the nation you can find all the bus and metro you need to visit Paris. I strongly suggest it

Incredible value for money, super stylish, super well-connected to trains and metros.

Everything was super new, super clean, super stylish. It felt lavish and luxury for the price. We loved that the neighborhood was super nice and safe, and really close to multiple metro lines that reach anywhere in Paris.

The room was really small, but to me that's fine given the price. It didn't feel too small, just quite crammed.

I am coming back for the Olympics 2024.

The property is close to two train stations (Rue dês Boulets and Nation) and it was fairly easy to find. The staff was outstanding, for which my wife and I were grateful. The area is very peaceful and we had access to all the major tourist attraction in Paris.

Small but well appointed clean room in a convenient area for a very good price.

The location was near many metro stations, restaurants and shopping, but on a quiet side street so not a lot of noise at night. Desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room, linens, and bathroom were very clean. I was grateful for the tiny elevator!

Buena relación Calidad-Precio y Ubicación excelente

Principalmente se encuentra en muy buena ubicación para poder moverse debido al metro bien conectado de Nation. El desayuno normal pero nada despreciable por su costo. El trato con el personal muy bueno.

El baño es probablemente el área de mejora debido a que el jabón de ducha que dejan no es muy bueno

Superbe accueil, personnel d'une extrême gentillesse et très arrangeant ! Hotel très bien pensé et agencé pour permettre tout le confort dans de petits espaces. Je recommande chaudement.

O quarto em ralação as acomodações em Paris, superou as expectativas, bem amplo, banheiro novo, cama confortável, chuveiro muito bom!! Localização um pouco afastada do centro, mas com uma estação de metrô muito bem servida, então demorava em torno de 20 minutos até as atrações principais.

A limpeza deixou uma pouco a desejar, nos primeiros dias percebi que não trocavam as toalhas, mas solicitamos e logo fomos atendidos e nos demais dias mudavam.

Décevant alors que j'avais plutôt apprécié cet hôtel lors de mes précédants séjours.

L'accueil est parfait.

La chambre que l'on m'a donnée au rez de chaussée est glaciale et humide avec un mobilier minimaliste, ni table de chevet ni espace pour poser la valise. La douche de la salle de bain inonde toute la pièce.
