Very good hotel

Our room and hotel were clean and modern. We really liked breakfast! So many good options :) Beds were okay to sleep on and staff was friendly. Hotel was in good location. Many metro stations nearby and few restaurants at main street. Very easy to find. I recommend :)

The lift was narrow and if you have wheelchair I can promise, it doesn't fit in :\ Also the walls were pretty thin, so we heard a lot, in nights. And our room didn't have fridge. Maybe hotel could bring a free water bottle to guest also? :)

Disappointing

It was cheap and convenient.

The staff were rude expect the breakfast lady. Breakfast area was tiny and the deposit took a month to return to my account. I’ve never had that issue before. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Great hotel, very clean! and lovely staff

The room was perfect! Since we had paid for the room in advance they were kind enough to upgrade us to their 3 person bedroom, so the room was very large and spacious + it was view on the inside court so we did not have the noise from the street. The room was perfectly clean and modern, same as the bathroom ! Staff front desk, breakfast and cleaning were very kind. I would 100% come back to this hotel in the future especially for the value for the price.

There is a gap under the door which lets in light BUT the main point is that the sound comes through especially in the morning when guests & staff are moving around. I would recommend to put something to block this gap and therefore the noise. They do put a note on the doors to ask the guests to keep quite in the hall.

pleasant stay

Nice size room and not too noisy as it's not a main street. Room and little bathroom all very clean. Very wide range of food on offer for breakfast and good coffee! Good location for getting just about everywhere with a few very nice local places to eat. Very close to Pere Lachaise cemetery. Staff were nice too

Its a small thing but I wasn't keen on use of little trays on the breakfast table - made it impossible to map out my day and write notes.

Lovely little hotel. Highly recommend

Great little hotel suitable for a few nights. Rooms were exactly like the photos. Great decor, bathroom had toiletries- hand wash and shower gel. There was a safe. Limited storage but ok for a few nights. Very comfortable beds. Heating and air conditioning in the room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day. Didn’t have breakfast there but lots of guests were and it looked good. Location was a short walk from the Metro. When returning to the hotel use the metro exit for R de Belfort as it’s closer. Some good restaurants nearby and a bakery just on the corner. Highly recommend.

The room was clean, bathroom was great, staff was friendly, and it was a very short walk (around 5 minutes I think) away from the nearest metro.

The elevator is really small, fits only 2 people at a time, and it had poor ventilation, so it was uncomfortable to use.

I would happily stay again!

The staff were lovely with excellent communication. From all of the pre arrival messages to being on site. Our room had been renovated about a month before, was very clean and well facilitated. We had a 3 singles room and it was cosy and comfortable. The location was very central. It was a short walk to all the great spots on Rue de Charonne and an easy walk to Le Marais or the Canal St Martin action.

The hotel was tidy, the room was nice and we had a view that looked over a roof to shared garden. We didn’t have breakfast because there were places around to choose from including a vegan pastry shop. The location was perfect for us. Close to a metro, shops, eateries close by. We love the Pho restaurant right down the street.

Nothing and the staff were terrible

Everything, it’s not safe at all for families, was about to lose my kids from the window from 5th floor, cuz the kept the windows open! When I told them that, the lady working there was very rude to me and never respected!

A perfect treat and experience for a stay in Paris with a friend

There was so much attention to detail, with all the fittings, decor, and extras,. The lift and toilets were beautifully decorated, the breakfast room was stylish and welcoming, with a delicious breakfast menu. All in all, a wonderful sensory experience.
