    I used to stay in the same premises when the hotel was operated by intercontinental . Now it is Tribe and it is better. Huge tv in rooms, better breakfast and more proffesional staff

    The hotel is super close to the main train station, and there’s also a tram stop just a minute away from the hotel. At check-in, they ask for a €50 deposit. However, there was really nothing in my room, so I was wondering why the €50 deposit was required, since there was no minibar in my room — maybe some rooms have minibars. Checking in was a bit of a hassle because the staff member on duty (Tham) was rude . It was probably some sort of miscommunication, but her tone wasn’t great at all. When I walked into the hotel, she didn’t even say “Hi” or “Welcome.” I don’t find such behavior welcoming. After starting on the wrong foot, I felt like everyone in the hotel was the same until the next day, when I met amazing staff members who were super helpful. That completely changed my narrative about the hotel. In terms of cleanliness, my room was super clean. The only complaint I had was that the trash in the toilet dustbin wasn’t removed, they probably forgot to take it out. Breakfast was good, but it was the same menu the next day. Overall, I’d give them 7/10. Would I recommend it? Yes. You just have to decide if the place meets your requirements. Oh, by the way, they have a cute little gym area, which is very clean as well.
