Great short break, would happily book again.

Central and I'm the vicinity of supermarkets, shops, restaurants. Very clean and comfortable, nice breakfast and lots of information provided by the very friendly hosts.

Comfortable and well located hotel with a super service

We felt right at home! Very well located with free parking. You can visit all islands and villages of Maggiore lake by boat from the pier nearby. The bedrooms are very comfortable, spacious, super clean and they have a very good shower. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Super breakfast prepared by George was perfect for us.

Very good

In a quiet private road, the room had a decent size and was very clean and with a good light and garden view. The host was very friendly and flexible to accommodate our needs. Breakfast was nice and Italian style. The place is about 15' walk from the lake and in an area with many services nearby, two supermarkets, a pharmacy, bars etc

The parking is not on site but there is free parking nearby at a supermar ket, safe and wasn't busy even during a public holiday. Communications via email could be improved.

Wir hatten sehr schönes Wetter und konnten den Aufenthalt genießen.

Das Zimmer und der Sanitärraum waren in Ordnung. Glücklicherweise war nur eine Nacht 2 weitere Zimmer belegt. Die Türen zu den Zimmern gehen von dem kleinen Frühstücksraum weg. Wenn alle Zimmer belegt gewesen wären, wäre es Abends und morgens gewiss sehr laut gewesen. Eine Familie würde früh frühstücken und die andere möchte ausschlafen. Der Vermieter war freundlich, konnte jedoch nur mit Übersetzungsprogramm das Notwendigste besprechen.

Die mangelnde Kommunikationsmöglichkeit hat dazu geführt, dass es länger gedauert hat, auch Brot zum Frühstück zu bekommen, sowie etwas Schinken und Käse. Dieses verpackte Frühstück war sehr mager. Kein Joghurt, kein Obst.

Wir standen 1,5 Stunden vor verschlossener Türe hatten schon mit Booking Kontakt bis wir endlich in das Zimmer konnten. Sauber ist was anderes Haare und Dreck der vorherigen, Müll in der Dusche, Haare und spinnenweben überall, Pinke Zahnpasta im Bad auf den Fliesen, Müll im Mülleimer, Spiegel dreckig, überall Staub was zu niesanfällen führte… Überall Schimmel Man wurde schlichtweg rausgeekelt

Ab 15.00 hätten Wir dass Zimmer beziehen können,mussten aber mit einem anderen Paar bis 16.15 warten bis Jemand erschien! Früchstück war miserabel Brot war 2 Tage alt und in Plastik verpackt,keine Butter,1Sorte Confitüre und ein paar Trauben in einer Schüssei voll Wasser,Milch reichte nur für 1 Müssli dass auch nicht frisch war,gingen danach im nahegelegenen Supermarkt frühstücken.

Für eine Nacht gut, für 3-4 Nächte leider nein.

Die Lage ist perfekt und das Auto kann sehr gut parkiert werden; genügend kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe. Zu Fuss ist Intra, Villa Taranto sowie das Städtchen von Pallanza sehr rasch erreichbar.

Das Frühstück lässt leider zu wünschen übrig und es gibt jeden Tag das gleiche. 2 Croissants, Müesli und je 2 Kaffees. Die Hand- und Duschtücher werden nicht ausgewechselt. ...dies muss ja auch nicht täglich sein, aber alle 2 Tage wäre dies gerade im Sommer angebracht.

Frühstück war enttäuschend.

Das Hotel ist eigentlich eine private kleine Villa das nur 3 oder 4 Zimmer für Hotelgäste hat. Zimmer sind renoviert und schön.

- Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend. Es gab nur ein Croissant, Cornflakes, Milch, Tee und nur 1 Nespresso Kapsel. Sonst gab es gar nichts mehr. Das Hotel werbt es mit Frühstück das aber keines hat. - Hotel liegt an einer sehr gut befahrene Hauptstrasse daher ist es sehr laut und man konnte nicht mit offenen Fenster schlafen. Keine Klimaanlage. - Alle Gästezimmer waren im 1. Stock und im EG wohnen die Eltern von der Besitzerin. Daher konnte man den Garten nicht benützen. - Zu weit weg vom Zentrum. - Keine eigene Parkplätze. Das Auto mussten wir auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz neben einem Supermarkt parkieren. - Leider keine Weiterempfehlung von mir.
