Good basic small flat for 1 or 2 people. Good location. Staff was helpful when we mistakenly left clothes in the flat on our departure.
There's some minor repair issues like cracked paint, loose shower handles. Nothing major, but it does give a sense its not well maintained. The garbage drop area - the lock was broken so you couldn't put trash. So after a few days, we had a lot of stuff piled up.

location
micro wave did not work. Info stated room key fit the garbage room, but did not. Separate key provided by helpful staff when brought to,their attention.

The property has a good location and has new furniture and an updated interior.
There is toxic mold in the bathroom and a musty smell which gave me a headache and sore throat and 24 hours of brain fog and fatigue. Water leaks or improperly maintained/ cleaned AC air filters allow mold spores to grow which are not visible to the naked eye but cause serious health issues after inhalation. Most property managers are unaware of the dangers of black mold and other molds but there is a lot of evidence of their destructive impact on human health in the scientific literature.
