    If you don’t want to stay in touristy old town, come here. Good food opposite the hotel. The zapienkanki was the best! Can get loud at times but probably latest until 2 am. Choose rooms not facing the pubs if you want peace and quiet but although I am light sleeper, I actually slept well last few days I was there and my room was facing the pubs. Maciej, the front reception guy was helpful. I overshopped and was worried my luggage is overweight. He lent me the portable luggage weight scale and even did the heavy carrying for me.bless him! He let me keep my luggage there once I checked out hotel and went for another last min shop before flying out. He even carried my luggage down for me as there’s no lift to go down a flight of stairs (fyi lift access to hotel rooms available). Just a small part where you coming from entrance to the lobby, be prepared for about 10-12 steps of stairs. The main door is shut after 10-11 pm and can only be accessed via keycard which is good to deter any non hotel customers from coming in. This hotel places safety at its most priority. Overall, good experience. Will come back again in future 👍

    This hotel is gorgeous. A real feel of luxury! We paid extra for the superior room and it was really big! The cleaners were friendly and did an amazing job everyday. Breakfast was delicious too. Found it very hard to get a drink at the bar though. There was only ever one member of staff at check in and even when we stood at the bar they wouldn't come over to serve us a drink. Despite this the location is AMAZING. Cant fault. Lots to do in local area and a lovely walk into the main square. Beds however are not the comfiest by far. To singles pushed together and thin mattresses with thin quilts (its was minus 7 degrees Celsius). Would recommend for the price, location and touch of luxury.

    I feels like a very shady hotel, the lift is so slow, gave me a room in 3rd floor but asked me to use life for 2nd and then i had to carry by bag down stair and then again climb upstairs to get to my room. I asked if there is life he said yes but never mentioned i need to carry my bag 1 floor down and then up. I asked for water, waited 20 min no one showed up, my bed was just made for sake, AC wasn't working at all, i ended up fixing the AC, the shade on the roof window were not blacked out, i was hitting the ceiling again and again, it was such a tight space.
