Maybe it’s me and I should lower my expectations but it didn’t feel like a 3 star facility, definitely not on a U.S. standard.
I got the 3rd top floor but no elevator.
Detachable shower holder broken so I needed to hold the hose. There was no bottle with shampoo in the place where it was fixed in the shower.
Carpet in room and on stares run down.
If you want copy need to ask.
At the end of the day all the above is manageable if you’re considering coming alone or you are in tight budget.
I was out of the room all of the two days and only slept there so managed ok.
Staff were great.
Would not recommend for couples that want a romantic place or for disabled people.
