We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious and spotless. The staff was so sweet and went above and beyond by leaving a bottle of wine and a large bowl of fresh, delicious fruits in our room for my birthday. The location is amazing, right near the center but still very quiet. We truly enjoyed everything and will absolutely come back whenever we are in Krakow again!

This is a lovely, small hotel, close to the old parts of Krakow. It is modern, clean and very comfortable. It was very quiet there, despite being so close to many bars and restaurants. The staff on 24hr reception and in the restaurant area were very polite, efficient and helpful (for example, loaning me a mains adaptor to charge my mobile phone).
Self-service breakfast was good: the hot food was somewhat limited but there was an amazing array of cold plates. It would be nice to have proper tea and coffee served, rather than just a machine which doesn't give hot enough water for a decent cup of tea.
I think the website says the hotel has a bar, which is technically true; however, the extensive range of wine bottles in racks and spirits behind the bar are just for show. It doesn't serve drinks except for a few expensive miniatures or canned beers from a minibar.
My only other gripe is that the housekeeping staff did not replace bottled water nor remove several empty spirit miniatures that I left on the side for recycling, rather than put in a general waste bin.
Overall, pretty good value for money in an excellent location.

The hotel was located in your favourite Kazimierz district only 1 minute to Plac Nowy. Friendly staff working there. The room was spacy, clean, with comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Air condition was working good, room service was perfect. Breakfast was good, everything was fresh and tasty. For this amount of money I highly recommend this hotel.
