Very friendly staff and beautiful interior. Location also perfect.
Our room was ok for one night but would be too small if we had a lot of luggage.

Beautiful building Room spotless . Our room overlooked a small courtyard, very pretty. balconies around with flowers . There is a restaurant in the building good choice of food
And very popular there is a a little noise in the morning when it’s being set up as it’s in the courtyard below but only lasts a short time and can’t be heard if the balcony door is closed Also in the evening but once it’s closed around 10pm it’s very quiet. Staff are very helpful and pleasant.
Nothing - it’s a beautiful building with plenty of character and charm. The Street it’s on is a good area but just around the corner is the “Bohemian “ quarter - very popular with all ages for good street food and bars . Always felt safe in Krakow Excellent value for price paid. The only slightly negative thing I can say is there were no Tea making facilities ! But not really a big deal-I would definitely go back to the hotel .

Clean place and friendly staff. Good for one night, and nice to have water in the room.
We have to change our room because of the smoke. If you don’t like smoke, avoid rooms with a balcony. There are tables right outside where people sit and smoke, so it comes straight into your room.
The room was tiny, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the pillows and blankets were big and bulky, leaving no space. Also, no place to put clothes.
