We liked how spacious the apartment was, the high ceilings and overall deco, which was to our taste. Location is within an easy walk to the old town, train station and tram stops. There are several shops within the close proximity as well.
Room 104 didn't match the layout of 103, which we liked much more due to the fact that the master bedroom was separate from the living space where the sofa bed was placed. 104 had both in the same room separated with a wall in the centre, but gave no privacy to parents who travel with kids.

Our room was clean, quiet and the air conditioning (mini-split) provided a comfortable escape from the sweltering summer heat in Krakow.
While the AC unit was able to cool the room, it was a bit noisy and didn't provide a steady quiet flow of cold air.

Beautifully appointed, very clean, bathroom toiletries and tea/coffee was supplied. Linen lovely and clean and comfortable bed.
Sofa bed mattress was stained which was disappointing. No tea towel to dry crockery nor dishwasher tablet.

The style of the apartment was very appealing.
The location was excellent and convenient.
The beds were comfortable, making for a restful stay.
• Parking is available only for an additional price and requires booking in advance. This information was not clearly stated in the listing.
• After booking and paying for parking, staff failed to mention that it would only be available from the second day of the stay.
• There was not enough light in the living room, and the kitchen had no light at all.
• There were ants in the bathroom.
