Lovely big apartment, all amenities as required, comfy 🛌

The entry to the main front door was very problematic, couldn't open it all the time with the key pad, also couldn't find the waste bins on level 1.No information on the breakfasts that we requested. There wasn't a mop or a dust pan, the wood at the base of the bed and doors was warped where it had been mopped,

The apartment was within 15 walking to the main areas. It had a wonderful restaurant and cafe next door. Facilities were perfect and location very quiet.

The breakfast was fantastic, probably the best breakfast I ever had 10/10. Having access to the private balcony with a landmark view was a great bonus.

Clean sheets, capsule for washing machine, fridge with the freezer, dishwasher, big windows, blackout curtains.

The absolutely worst thing was the communication with the apartment staff, we asked about parking instructions 3 times through the booking.com messagges and got exactly zero answers! After the arrival they told us that they sent us the parking instructions few hours ago on whatsapp!! (unfortunately they didn't inform us about that through this portal - booking.com - where they advertise their accommodation, no one told us that they will send the parking and all the other instructions only in the day of the arrival and on whatsapp instead of booking.com or email - since we didn't know that, we didn't get any instructions). We got very bad destroyed and barely functional garage remote control and it often took up to several minutes for it to work and start opening or closing the garage door. We (unlike other rooms) didn't get chip from the building-garage doors, therefore, everytime we needed to go in or out we had to go outside from the building, open the big garage door with the garage remote control (even in the rain). Later we asked and got information that they don't have enough of the door chips and we were selected to not get them (no apology or anything, no greetings even). Some other things.. Everything was very used (broken decorational lights around the toilet, scratches and holes in the bathtub, missing closet door, bad contact in the power strip/socket), a bent carpet that gets tripped over, not enough toilet paper.
