Clean and fully equipped room in a great location for transport and city access.

The location was excellent — just a short walk from the station, which made bus travel easy, and direct tram access to the city center was very convenient. The room was spotless and well-equipped, including a kitchen, which made the stay very comfortable.

There weren’t many shops or restaurants open late at night in the area. Also, the power outlet was a bit far from the desk, and the sink was located in the bathroom instead of the toilet room, which was slightly inconvenient.

Right near the train/bus station. There’s a big Carrefour 7min from the hotel. Clean, friendly staff, cutlery. If you need kitchen staff (washing up liquid etc), ask a receptionist. No dust on the surfaces. Everything’s ok.

Not enough toilet paper, but the receptionist can give it to you. I had to wait for 35min at the reception desk to ask 1 question and get an invoice because there were too many people and only 1 receptionist.

Clean room, comfortable beds, size of the room, proximity to train station and attractions. Staff is amazing, helpful, thanks for them to keeping my luggage after check out which allowed me to walk around city without carrying my stuff. WiFi is fast and stable.

I like the location. Train and tram station are at 2 minutes walk. The hotel is almost new and the spacious studios are modern and functional with a really comfortable king size bed The staff is very helpful and friendly. There was a minor problem in my room and they took care if it right away !! It's my second stay in this hotel and I'm looking forward to come back !!

My room was orientated to the back of the hotel facing a constraction site, which was at times a little noisy during the day.

Perfect for short stays in Normandy

Modern and comfortable studio with airco and separate toilet, delicious breakfast with fresh juice, possibility to park the car safely in a car park in front of the hotel (Parking Gares, easy to reserve before arrival via Effia).

Had to wait 30 minutes for the room with young children, checked-in at 18:00. They should change check-out to 10:00 instead of 12:00 so that all rooms are cleaned on time.
