The location was great. Walking distance to the train station and close to the pier for some shopping. There are some bakeries and supermarkets near by. It was easy to jump on public transportation if needed. Good value for what you get and the room was a good size.
The room was a little beat up. they were doing construction next door and it started promptly in the morning at 8am. The front desk didn't seem too friendly, but it didn't cause any issues. The beds and sofa bed could have been more comfortable but they got he job done.
