Great value, polite staff, clean and good looking property!

A very clean and current looking property.

The train tracks run very close to the hotel and the train can be heard at times (not often but it happened once during the night).

No frills but perfect for a couple of nights. Location is great, five minutes walk from the station and right opposite the dock shopping centre. The staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly. Don’t know if I’ll ever return to Le Havre but if I do I’ll stay there again.

Superb

Very nice location with own parking. Good to get out of the city for visiting nearby site seeings but also half an hour walk to the city center. Clean basic room enough for couple of nights. Nice bistro at the ground floor and McDonalds for a quick bite just next door if you are in a hurry.

Room doors didn’t close properly unless you push hard. Every time after the room cleaning we come back and just pushed the door opens without key. Maybe it’s just our two rooms.

Great stay, friendly staff, in a convenient area.

The staff were all really friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the station and there's a shopping center just across the river. Couldn't ask to be better situated honestly.

In a busy time of breakfast was a little bit messy (food wasn’t enough and was just one person to refill it), room need some hangers more and toilet need toilet brush.

Very clean hotel but in a industrial sightseeing not charming

We liked the nice bathroom, hotel very clean. Room was spacious. The breakfast was a good options of local products, but jams were empty, milk in the coffeee machine was empty, at 9:00.

The bed weren’t so confortabel, very low bed and the matress uncomfortable, ugly view of our bedroom, the surrounding is very industrial not nice for a leisure travel, very noisy hotel with renovations machine at 9:00am. They don’t offer hair conditioner

Hotel had renovation when we were there. During the weekend they didn’t work so it was fine but Monday was awful. Very, very loud. We had only one magnetic card to our room.

Super stay at the hotel, it was all great.

The design of the hotel was brill. The bedrooms were very spacious, clean had everything we needed. The restaurant was very good, great service and food. The staff were 1st class, very friendly and professional. The manageress Maud made our stay even more enjoyable, so friendly and nothing was too much for her. I would highly recommend this hotel to all.

Superb

The hotel is just 5 mins walk from the train station. It is not in the city center but it's not that far from it. Location-wise, I think it's quite good. The hotel has quite nice value per price. Clean, warm water, compact but quite comfortable.

The shower without door so water spills a bit into the bathroom floor. Not many hooks for towels. A bit noisy by the road outside.
