It was great to have a friendly and multilingual administrator working with us. It's great that the hotel has a private parking space.

The cleaning was very ordinary and there was dust everywhere.

Basic hotel for a one night stay. You get what you pay for.

It was okay tor an overnight stay near the docks.

The shower soap dispenser was broken, and the room was very bare, with no hand soap, no tea and coffee making facilities or air con/ventilation other than the window but the road is too noisy to keep it open.

No instructions on how to activate air conditioning, no shampoo/soap. No mention that there's fee 5 euro for parking. Need to pay toll to cross the bridge to Le Havre.

Decent and comfortable stay.

Car parking is very limited, but one needs to find a spot near the residential area next to the hotel. Only basic facilities in the room are to be expected. Kettle, hair dryer not provided.

Good except the glitch on breakfast on 10 Apr

Liked the breakfast. We came in group. Everyone felt so happy. We stayed for 3 days and 3 days happy with the breakfast. Rooms also clean enough. And there is absolutely zero disturbance.

The staff (A lady who was handling reception and breakfast on third day i.e., on 10 April 2023) was humiliated us that we are eating more. She commented multiple times that we are eating too much. She was counting what we are eating. It was so insulting us. We had to beg her that give the food. We paid and we ate. That's it. What is the point in keeping the board unlimited if you want to count it ??

It’s Ok to stay with the price.

Very clean, from train station to the hotel $7-8 , from cruise $14-15. It’s ok just for simple stay. No US phone port chargers, u need to bring charges. I asked front desk, he provided one , very helpful front desk guys. No hair dryer, coffee pot or tea etc and hand soup. Mirror is hard to reach in bathroom, not very convenient for women do make up etc.
