The hotel was clean, accessible at any time with the given code and the room was a bit small but comfy overall.

The coffee machines didn't give quality coffee. Besides, the vending machines in the hall were money only machines, there wasn't a credit card option for payment.

A point (for sleeping only) for visiting Le Havre

- Indoor car park with automatic entrance gate: cars are protected from unauthorised access. It was also possible for us to use the indoor covered car park, which given the heat of the days we stayed overnight was very pleasant. - not centrally located, but able to reach all places of interest by car or by walking a few kilometres. - in-room air-conditioning

- bathroom not equipped with air extraction fans, not pleasant in some situations. - room a little small, there were about 30 centimetres between the bed and the front wall

Nice comfortable and clean room. Member of staff was really pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Enclosed parking on site.

All what we needed for a comfortable short stay

It is just what we needed. Comfortable, Clean, with good shower , quite.

The absence of receptionist / help desk besides no replies to telephone number added on the booking. The last minute notification of reception's absence on Sundays, and also no availability of receptionist during the mentioned hours.

I booked twin room but the hotel gave me double bed room. I asked about that to the staff and she replied nothing she can do as the hotel is full.

Great stay, would recommend

Easy check in through the machine, great Air conditioning, comfortable bed and nice room in general. Ample parking. Breakfast was great, a cold buffet with pastries, toast, cereals and coffee. We were driving so parking in Le Havre was nice and easy about ten minutes drive away. Perhaps not so easy for those not a car but didn't affect us.

Personnel was very nice and helpful and room was clean.

The location is not that safe, we have left our car at the hotel parking and at night the window was broken 😞 Another negative thing is that you have to check-in not later than 20:30, that is not comfortable when you travel.

Ideal base for a short stay

For a budget hotel, this was perfect. The rooms were very clean, lovely big shower and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Plenty of free parking too, you really can't ask for more. The cold buffet breakfast was perfect, for the price paid and all food fresh and tasty. The location may have been a bit industrial, but the docks, town centre and beach were all within walking distance (15 /30 /45 minutes away) and if you don't like walking, they were drivable with plenty of parking options.

Clean and small but modern rooms. Nothing to complain regarding the price. Quiet location

Breakfast is not even worth the low price. Lots of packaging and single-use products. Only cheese and jam for the bread - eggs and baguettes would have been nice
