Breakfast and location are oke.

Very poor quality for a new built hotel/room, did hardly came any water out of the shower head. Ventilator is making a lot of noise and the stop switch did not work. Airconditioning did not work. Furniture was falling apart, not properly installed.

Etablissement idéal en période de congés scolaire proche de nombreux points d'intérêt.

A proximité du centre ville et du quartiers de docks. Petit déjeuner en libre service complet et correct. Logement clair et spacieux, calme en cette période de congés scolaires.

Le logement était surchauffé. Plaque induction et poêle très abimées, pas très propres. Machine Nespresso à disposition mais sans dosette : pas de machine à café simple. Avant notre arrivée, j'ai appelé pour savoir si un parking était à disposition. Il m'a été répondu que les places étaient limitées et que le cout était de 10.50 euros par nuit. J'ai donc cherché une solution zenpark à proximité (8 euros pour 2 jours). Finalement, derrière l'établissement se trouvait un vaste terrain totalement accessible que nous aurions pu utiliser. la politique d'accueil pour le parking est à revoir.

Je reviendrais avec plaisir pour un autre séjour.

Chambre au calme, vu sur le docs, propre, confortable, volet électrique, le pieds (j’aime dormir dans le noir total), accueille chaleureuse.

Manque un ou deux crochet de plus pour suspendre les vêtements dans la salle de bain (un seul pour deux pendant séjour est trop peu). Et une étagère de plus serai super aussi.

- l'emplacement proche de la gare, des commerces et du lieu du congrès - la propreté et la clarté des chambres et espaces commun - l'intervention du manager pour rectifier les erreurs dans la facturation

- attention aux réservation de groupe en passant par booking.com. Il nous a fallut demander 3 fois à l'accueil avant que notre réclamation sur l'erreur de facturation ne soit rectifiée. le personnel de comptoir était complètement perdu dans notre réservation de groupe. Est-ce dû à booking.com ou à l'hôtel? nous n'avons pas la réponse.

- un peu de bruit la nuit si la fenêtre est ouverte car il y a un bar en face (appart du 1er etage) - peu de place dans le parking
