The hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to local attractions and for discovering the Northern coast of the Normandy. The staff were very welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The apartments were stylish, clean, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing environment. The place feels modern and well-maintained, showing clear attention to cleanliness and detail. Considering everything, the hotel offers excellent value and is a great choice for anyone visiting the area.

I stayed at the Odalys hotel apartment in Le Havre and was very disappointed with both the condition of the facilities and the service provided. The freezer in the apartment was absolutely filthy – it was disgusting, with what appeared to be dried blood inside. Clearly, it hadn’t been cleaned properly before my arrival, which raised serious concerns about the overall hygiene standards of the accommodation. I reported the issue to reception, but the staff were completely unhelpful. They had no solution for defrosting or cleaning the freezer and seemed unwilling or untrained to deal with even basic maintenance requests. The housekeeper was equally ineffective, citing that the fridge was integrated into the kitchen and could not be accessed, unplugged, or moved, as it was fixed behind a wooden panel to match the kitchen decor. This setup made it impossible to clean or defrost the appliance without professional intervention – yet there was no maintenance staff available to assist during my stay. Additionally, the building only has one elevator to serve nine floors, leading to long waiting times, especially during check-in/check-out periods. Overall, I expected far better standards from a property carrying the Odalys name. The lack of cleanliness, unresponsive staff, and poor infrastructure make it hard to recommend this place to future travelers.
