There was no AC but fan instead and I no variety of hot meal during breakfast such as baked beans and boiled eggs

Disappointing

The room size was ok and was equipped as described. The staff were friendly and spoke English. The hotel allows pets.

No secure parking available despite there being empty spaces in the parking lot, street parking did not look safe. There was a group of men smoking and drinking outside the front door, they tried to get my attention every time I walked out with my dog. Some of them would follow me inside when I returned. They made me feel unsafe and should not have been allowed to hang around the door. The elevator was filthy. The area was very loud at night and there were people shouting in the streets, I got very little sleep. I could not keep my window closed because it was hot and there was no other air flow in the room. My pillows smelled like cigarette smoke and the mattress was extremely soft.

Not happy at all I am sorry to say

The property was clean and no issues about that. I was travelling with a friend and booked two separate beds. On arrival this did not happen and I was told not possible so I ended up with a very hot uncomfortable night sharing a bed which due to a condition I have was very embarrassing. The desk did not appear to care and arriving late I had no other option as another room too expensive

The fact they did not take my request seriously and offered no option. I know that the beds were twin put together to make one. I’m not that naive

A cozy stay with useful amenities, but let down by cleanliness and limited supplies

Cozy room with great amenities. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the added convenience of a dishwasher. The room was a decent size, and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel felt a bit overly minimal in some areas for a 3-star hotel. For example, we were only given two tea bags (both different and not the best). Same with coffee: only two instant coffee bags (one of them decaf), and although there was a filter coffee machine in the room, there were no filters or ground coffee available. We also found it inconvenient that we had to take out our own trash, which felt excessive for a hotel stay. Cleanliness was another concern, especially in the bathroom, the towels also didn’t feel very clean. Lastly, the parking situation was a bit frustrating. The system is not user-friendly, and you only receive the parking code after checking in. And there's nowhere to leave your car during the check-in process because parking is closed and there is no street parking available close to the hotel.

Enjoyable place. Nice welcoming staff. The rooms clean and good size. Wonderful breakfast. Not too far from the center even by walking.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was really clean. Having a kitchen in the room is a plus.

Great stay

The staff were absolutely lovely and really helpful. The room was very well equipped and had a modern electric hob, a microwave, a small dishwasher and a fridge with a freezer compartment. The hotel is in a good location with easy access to shops, buses, trams and trains.

The hotel is near quite a busy road. The soundproofing is good and with the windows closed you can hear very little, but if it is hot and you have to open the windows, you will definitely experience traffic noise (there is no air conditioning).

Nice apartment with good cot for our baby and a very nice breakfast

Not enough parking spaces and only one lift for all the guests which makes it very slow. They should provide some washing up things for the kitchen.

Cheap cost, quality to be improved.

The reception is nice, breakfast is good and the rooms are looking kind of nice.

First of all, the rooms were not so clean. We found hairs on the floor and on the towels, the sink was not so clean, too. There was as well dust in the room, not so nice. The A/C is not available (we knew it), but you have a fan. To be honest, in August it can be too warm and air conditioning could improve a lot the customers’ staying. Having one single elevator for a 110-ish room building is not so comfortable.

Above our room is the gym, which has no limit with 24 hours access, but at 1am there's still people use the running machine, and make the load noise to the floor, it's impossible to sleep.

Beautifully decorated property, well equipped kitchenette and very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay.

Everything is brand new. We were one of first customers. Even though there were some electricity problem, the lady at the reception was very friendly and trying to help us as soon as possible. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent séjour, on reviendra!

Très proche de la gare, très fonctionnel, très propre, accueil très sympathique. C'était très calme. Le frigo est parfaitement silencieux ce qui est rare dans les studios des autres chaînes.

Les équipements de cuisine sont assez sommaires, mais pour une nuit c'était largement suffisant

La télé dans la salle de petit-déjeuner ! Ça gâche tout 😌 Fenêtres pas sécurisées du tout…s’ouvrent entièrement : danger !!! Pourquoi ne pas privilégier des produits laitiers locaux (yaourts, beurre, …). Pourtant bien placés en Normandie.
