A great place to stay for a short time. Close to transport links.

We were staying for one night and Thai was a great place to stay. Just across the road for the train station. Clean, comfortable and helpful staff. Breakfast was really great and the location was exceptional. The teams made it super easy to get into the central area. Highly recommended.

A brief but comfortable stay with pleasant, helpful staff.

Super convenient location near a tram stop, bus terminal, and train station. Rooms were quiet, pillows comfy, and the temperature was easy to control. The gym’s small with mostly cardio equipment (elliptical x1, stationary bike x1, treadmill x1, all-in-one home gym machine x1).

The breakfast area was clean and comfy, but there were tiny bugs around the bread. I also found a hair on the bedsheet and a black spot on the mattress cover. Drinking water isn’t provided in the room. You have to grab a carafe from the breakfast area instead. I understand the effort to reduce waste, but providing water in reusable glass bottles in the room would be a more convenient option.

Staff - very helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned really well.

Room had very bad smell - carpet needs cleaning or I don't know what. Air conditioning made so much noise and I couldn't open my window for air because I was facing the very noisy and busy road in front. Breakfast was generally not very good. Croissants stale, not at all flakey. Initially I saw Kusmi teas displayed when I came in the night before but for breakfast they only offered cheap Lipton Tea. What is that about? Talk about bait and switch. Seriously - why would you do that??

Certainly recommand it and would stay there again

Very well located just in front the train station, making it an easy way to explore towns around as Rouen Honfleur and Etretat. And the tram is also there. Mr Francois and his team are exceptional and they go out of their way to accomodate or help. Thank you to all !

All the rest. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Room size ridiculous and bathroom even more ridiculous. Extremely annoying noise from outside my room, maybe from old air conditioning .

Great hotel in Le Havre

The staff were very friendly and professional, the breakfast was very good with a good choice. The room was clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking under the station is huge and not very expensive, as the hotel doesn't have any spaces.

The rooms on the front of the hotel could be a bit noisy due to the trams starting at 5am, so if you want a quiet room avoid those. Our room 111 was a nice size and very clean, although the air-conditioning was noisy (gurgling noises) and the door to the bathroom did not close properly, so not very private sometimes (we forgot to mention that to the reception).

located on a busy avenue with no possibility to stop and drop-off luggages. Room 116 with no functional heating in the room and in the bathroom… with freezing temps outside. very small bathroom with water leaking from the shower. Average breakfast. Prefer the 115 which looked better. Finally the carpet colors…

Friendly staff, english speaking, quick and kind checkin, 24h reception. The room was tidy, clean, well eequipped and properly sized. Bed was cozy. Breakfast was better than the average in france, good cheese, fresh baguettes and croissants, healthy fruity desserts.

The ventilation duct was noisy.

Station is just across the street, very good location. Staff was really friendly and gave us recommendations and lend us charger (since we missed the train and decided to stay in Le Havre last minute..)

Not a lot of restaurant choices in the area. It’s common in France but I just do not really like the half only glass cover in the bathroom, it would still make the bathroom floor and some other parts wet.

Neat, clean and well located

Conveniently located across the train station and close to the Vauban Docks shopping center. The hotel is recently renovated and everything is lovely and new and very well designed. Lea from the reception was absolutely lovely! Very kind and helpful.

Our room (I believe it was 108) was very small. I didn't see any other complaints about this so I am guessing not all the rooms are the same size.
