Would not really recommend it

Nothing it was out in industrial area. It was at every retirement home with people well into their 70s and above the pictures are deceiving.

The pictures are deceiving and it’s a home for elderly people with the pictures. It looks like they have a Spa hard to find hard to get into. I think it’s a retirement apartment complex. It was just strange.

if you are not going to cook, this could be a good place

the women from the reception tried to help to give us a pan to fry meat( a bit ridiculous to be honest that there are no basic utilities in this place and that we need to ask for one( except for 2 small pots) no cutting knives, cutting board) nothing to put the pots on the table neither. In the end, the pan even didn't work cause it's a fire with an induction system, and the pan was not, so eventually we had to fry meat in a pot...

the breakfast is really bad, you hardly get anything, 3 small croissants and a small slice of bread and some yoghurt(danone...), also bad coffee, for the same price you can get a way better deal and you will not have an almost empty stomac no local/bio products(except for the tea) we got no info for using the pool or info on what kind of activities can be done in the neighborhood and in the end she wished us a nice return home, which is a nice gesture( but she wasn't even asking if we are planning on going home or not) ( we were planning on continuing our trip) I will never return to this place...

Excellent good value and exactly what was required.

Everthing - helpful, friendly staff; peacefull, pleasant environment - close to local amenities. Very suitable for older people especially those with moderate handicaps. The standard of accommodation was excellent.

Not what we had hoped for

It was a good location for us

The person below us had a very loud television/radio which I found most annoying thankgoodness they went to bed early i would liked to have a kettle. The parking was an issue one person telling us to park in the reserved spaces another saying no then on final evening being told once again we could park in reserved space This did come to a head that I parked in reserved spot after returning from a funeral to find on coming out 20 minutes later a resident had blocked my car in the space as well as another residents space I wanted that resident to apologise for his stupidity against us at what was purely on our part a possible mistake we would have moved my car without the need to block us in and leave

We enjoyed our stay at Domitys in spite of some minor disadvantages.

Breakfast was Ok. Both the building and the environment were quiet. Very friendly staff. Clean room.

The kitchenette could be better equiped, no bottle-opener, kitchen-knife, wine-glasses. A larger bed would be appreciated.

Good

It was an interesting experience to have a hotel/ old peoples home in the same building. I love the idea, and think this is great for the older people, their mental health and general day to day lives, to meet with strangers and to have new people around often. The staff was brilliant and friendly. The property is well laid out and the apartments are big and light. Perfect for a short stay or work trip.

Beautiful apartment, lovely building. People were lovely. Was a nice start to our holidays.

Breakfast was lovely and brought up to our apartment. Staff were lovely.

We were very surprised to find that the apartment was located in an old people's home. Pretty sure at the time of booking there was nothing to indicate that was the case. To be honest, why would you have a holiday apartment in an old people's home? I don't have anything against senior citizens, my parents are after all! But, I wouldn't have chosen to stay in an old people's home and neither would my 13-year-old daughter! It was also on a road at the end of a business park near a busy road or motorway - not where you would expect a holiday apartment to be.

La clarté de l'annonce sur Booking. Aucune précision formelle que c'est une résidence seniors ! Très très déçu !! Ce n'est pas du tout ce qu’on recherchait pour un week-end détente ! Personnel pas specialement désagréable, cependant les appartements n'étaient pas confirmés au moment même de notre arrivée, on a voulu nous refourguer un studio a la place d'un 2 pièces... heureusement que nous avons précisé... On a choisi cet endroit en particulier pour le petit déjeuner compris, mais même là nous étions surpris ... pain de mauvaise qualité, café sans goût, mini viennoiseries mais pas précisé. Tout cela ne vaut pas.le coût du petit déjeuner. Franchement très déçu !

Bonne résidence confortable et calme pour visiter Le Havre, Etretat et Honfleur.

Appartement confortable et propre. Cadre verdoyant et calme au bord de la Lézarde (voie verte juste à côté de la résidence). Proche d'une zone commerciale accessible en voiture pour manger et faire ses courses. Piscine chauffée et sauna infra-rouge avec des horaires d'utilisation dans la journée. Bon accueil par l'équipe Domitys. Résidence située à 15 mn en voiture du centre ville du Havre et du MuMa, à 25 mn d'Etretat et d'Honfleur.

Peignoirs indiqués dans le descriptif Booking mais au final pas de peignoirs prévus pour les visiteurs (via Booking ou autres).

Excellente accueil, la jeune a été delicieuse. Le personnel très accueillant et souriant. La piscine genialissime !!! Le sauna et la salle de sport , un cadre extrêmement agréable . L appartement très propre.

Juste une mini chose , un cousin un peu mou. Mais vraiment j y retournerai en famille avec grand grand plaisir.

Heel rustig. Kalm en schoon. Het appartement had alles wat nodig was. De oudere mensen die daar woonden, stoorden ons niet en wij hen ook niet. Parkeren was in orde. Groen, vogelgezang. Een goed pension. Vriendelijk personeel.

Heel dunne kussens. We moesten een parkeerplaats altijd zoeken.

Alles war bestens.

Das Appartement mit Balkon war gross, Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, Diele, Bad und Schlafzimmer, Die Ausstellung war modern und wohnlich. Der ausreichend große Parkplatz war hinter dem Haus. Wir waren 2 Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.. Das Schwimmbad war sehr angenehm.

L'accueil agréable était parfait tant à notre arrivée que pendant le séjour: disponibilité, amabilité et réactivité. Un véritable plus avec la piscine chauffée et ouverte sur des horaires très larges. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la terrasse pour y prendre nos repas. Le stationnement des véhicules y est très aisé et proche de l'entrée (pour les PMR).

Les petits bouts de pelouse entièrement fermés serait un plus. Pour pouvoir laisser la baie vitrée ouverte et ainsi laisser les animaux dehors

Nous avons apprécié le calme, l’appartement confortable avec une bonne literie, le petit déjeuner copieux, la gentillesse du personnel et des résidents de la maison de retraite et surtout la piscine à disposition.

Peux être plus de précisions pour l’adresse qui ne se trouve pas facilement même avec le gps.
