We had a lovely and comfortable stay and luckily We brought our own quilts from our car so not too inconvenient.

Clean rooms

The blankets. We are use to duvets being in duvet covers in the UK. Seeing hairs, specs of dirts, threads etc trapped on it makes it difficult to want to use them.

Pretty OK

Location is great. The Woman on the reception was very Kind and helped us to solve some questions we had. The room was ok. But it was possible to hear the neighbors. In general for one night is excellent

Overall very satisfactory

Needed a good sized room near main Hospital. Only 10 minute walk to Jaques Monod. Plenty of really local (walk to) facilities Bakers,Supermarkets,even cinema.. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Very clean inside Hotel. Obviously still being updated after Covid. Very near major mall shopping centre.

Outside gave a poor impression of what this Hotel actually offered.

Mattress and beddings are of good quality materials. Fresh towels (despite the humidity in the room). Coffee, tea and kettle.

The room was a bit dim (too few lightings) and kind of old fashion and humid. Latest check in time could be too early (9 pm).

Older property with it showing the signs of age. Showerarmholder was broken (unpretty rust of its remain), some of the lights and TV didn't work properly.

Evening Dinner: Food was cold bland/tasteless even though straight from the microwave. Breakfast: was ok but with all French Hotels that use that coffee machine, coffee not great.

Friendliness and professionalism of staff

This hotel offers the minimum of comfort needed and I would recommend it for short stays as it is good value but personally I would not use it for long stays because the room looks a bit depressing

Superb

Helpful personnel, wide room provided with all basic comforts (hairdryer, soap, coffee, bottle of water) and even a small garden lot accessible from the back door! We appreciated a big bed in a cozy room.

Better tables in the garden behind? In time, may be a good investment!

The internet connextion was very bad. I was supposed to work from there aa bit and wasn't possible . The wifi wasnt working correctly

A fine hotel with friendly staff and close to La Havre

The staff is nice, the room was cozy and the hotel is close to La Havre. It's quiet and relaxing. We liked that there was the possibility to have coffee or tea and were supplied with new cookies daily. The room has a bath. The hotel is located right in front of a discount supermarket (Aldi).

It smelled bad when you walked into the hotel and in the corridors. We could hear people walking in at night and it was disturbing, maybe not very sound-proof. The water in the bath was not consistently warm.

La proximité des grands axes sans les inconvénients, Enfin, le très bon rapport qualité/prix.

We hadden inde bevestigingsmail bericht gekregen dat de receptie smiddags open was. Toen we om 16.00 uur aankwamen lazen we op een briefje dat op de toegangsdeur zat, dat de receptie pas om 17h open ging ivm de feestdagen. We waren er op 29 december en noch het hotel noch Booking.com. heeft ons hiervan op de hoogte gebracht

Très déçue

L'emplacement de l'hôtel

L'accueil. La propreté aux abords. Chambre non chauffée le soir du 31/12, de toute les façons le radiateur bloqué à 29 degres ne sert pas à grand chose. La télévision qui menace de lâcher. Mauvais éclairages impression de se trouver dans une grotte. Menage bâclé surtout dans salle d'eau. Menage non exécuté le 1 janvier. Petit déjeuner dans le même esprit pas de pain frais. Café : de l eau plutôt ! Le plateau de charcuterie présenté depuis 3 jours semble ne pas avoir été nettoyé. Bref cet hôtel est une catastrophe

L'hôtel et la chambre très calmes en cette période de fin d'année. La situation géographique est idéale près de commerces. Réelle appréciation des services apportés lors de notre arrivée et au petit-déjeuner. Nous le conseillons fortement.

Alcuni membri dello staff sembravano parecchio scocciati quando gli si chiedeva qualcosa, ad esempio alla richiesta di darci un altro cuscino, perché sul letto ne avevamo uno in due. Il bagno sarebbe da sistemare, come il soffione della doccia che non si poteva appendere. Colazione così così.

hôtel bien situé , parking , accueil très agréable, souriant. Chambre suffisamment grande pour un court séjour même si la salle de bain est un peu petite. Literie confortable. Télé et plateau d'accueil dans la chambre. Environnement calme . Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bien garni et varié. A proximité d'une zone commerciale, de restaurants et des voies d'accès pour rejoindre LE HAVRE. Très bon rapport qualité/prix

les éclairages de la salle de bain et des chevets sont un peu faibles
