Tolle Lage und sehr schlaue Einrichtung der Wohnung.
Man muss sehr viele Treppen überwinden. Der letzte Aufstieg war nur eine Stiege. Das war im Inserat nicht klar beschrieben.

La camera/appartamento è ristrutturata bene ma le scale per accedervi non sono a norma e il palazzo stesso è fatiscente e per niente curato
Abbiamo trovato un appartamento caldissimo poiché sottotetto, il proprietario non si è dimostrato disponibile di portarci un ventilatore che fosse pulito e funzionante. Allego le foto di quello lasciato in struttura. Nella camera c’erano 34 gradi circa, assurdo non prevedere un supporto in questo senso.
