Clean and quiet apartment.

The location is close to the center and even if it’s next to the train station, the place is quiet and peaceful. the apartment is big enough to feel like at a home away from home, the kitchen is basically equipped to cook and the living room is wide and cosy. The owners were very nice, even though we never met, they always returned my messages and answered any questions I had, very promptly and helpful!

Rinnovata al suo Interno.

Molti difetti da sistemare. Un interruttore della luce senza copertura (e quindi pericoloso), l’acqua non defluisce bene nel piatto doccia, l’appendi-asciugamani in bagno barcollante (sembra debba cadere da un momento all’altro!). Al nostro arrivo, abbiamo trovato la lavatrice che andava, padelle sporche, molte stoviglie e bicchieri bagnati e non erano stati asciugati. Il terrazzo é sporchissimo è pieno di ragnatele e deiezioni di volatili. Oltretutto non é certo un luogo da vivere visto che è rivolto verso il retro dove ha di fronte un’incolta collina anch’essa arricchita da sporcizia e spazzatura (carta, plastica, ecc.). Ho tutte le foto che non pubblico per decenza e perché ci sono solo 4 slot (io ne ho di più). Lascio per ultimo un aspetto sconcertante: mi scrivono via whatsapp per dare info e indicazioni. Ad ogni mio messaggio, ricevo istantanee risposte da un sistema di Demenza Artificiale che non capisce i miei messaggi e le mie domande e risponde sempre con frasi fatte e che, spesso, nulla hanno a che vedere con la mia domanda. Anzi a volte rispondono l’esatto contrario! Da non crederci! Finché ad un certo punto, a seguito delle mie segnalazioni, qualcuno mi dice di scrivere via mail di Booking…. No comment. Non avere un riferimento, una persona, un ufficio, un nome, e gestire in questa maniera, non ha veramente un senso ed è pensato per sé stessi e non con orientamento al Cliente. Noi ospiti forniamo ogni dato personale, io di questo host non so nulla e non ho garanzie.

Dreckige Unterkunft mit schlechten Service

Das einzige was wirklich gut war, war die Lage, wenn man direkt ein Anbindung für die Bahn benötigt, da der Bahnhof eine Gehminute entfernt ist. Sollte man sich aber Hafen Nähe oder mehr Citylage wünschen, ist diese Unterkunft keine Empfehlung.

Der Service dieser Unterkunft ist absolut unter aller Sau. Die Unterkunft wurde nicht gereinigt und uns dreckig vom Vormieter übergeben. Wir hatten uns geeinigt die Reinigungspauschale zurück zubekommen, da wir das nötigste selbst reinigen mussten, sowie Betten beziehen. Der Vermieter hat jedoch im Nachgang sein Wort nicht gehalten, was sehr ernüchternd war. Somit haben wir eine absolut dreckige Wohnung für einen viel zu hohen Preis bekommen. Diese Unterkunft und deren Service würde ich niemandem empfehlen!

Akzeptabel mit Schönheitsfehlern

Sauberkeit, Größe und Zuschnitt der Wohnung waren gut. Ausstattung der Küche sowie des Bades haben gefallen. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung des Check in und Check out.

Fliegenschwarm aus dem Duschabfluss im Bad; der Fernseher lief nicht, da er zwar smart war aber durch die geringe Netzstärke nicht nutzbar. Fernbedienungsbatterie leer. Wohnumfeld ungepflegt, schmutzig, laut (Bahnhofsvorplatz). Kaffeemaschine defekt ... nette Mail, dass niemand aus Personalmangel vor Ort sei, um das Problem zu lösen. Die Parksituation war schwierig.

Trotz all der Mängel konnte ich mich gut einrichten!

Die Lage war super, gleich neben dem Bahnhof. Zum Essen im Restaurant musste man 10-15min zu Fuss in die Stadt runter oder per Bus!. Die Einrichtung war gut, modern. Am Abend spendeten die vorhandenen Rechaudkerzen etwas mehr Licht, Wärme und Gemütlichkeit. Das Bett fand ich gut. Die Bettwäsche sehr attraktiv. Der Kleiderständer fand ich super.

Es gelang mir nicht den TV anzustellen. Das war sehr schade. Und in Flensburg war nichts los. In der Küche gab es zu wenig Hand- und Geschirrtuch. Für mich fehlte eine Salatschüssel. Für die kalte Küche am Abend wäre das Fehlende wunderbar gewesen. Der Wasserkrug war voller Kalk. Es fehlte der Essig zum Entkalken, so musste ich scharfes Putzmittel nehmen. Bad: Es fehlte ein Haartrockner. Bezüglich Dusche: Das Wasser läuft nicht ab und das Stehende Wasser war dann schmutzig, was ich als sehr unhygienisch empfand und deshalb die Dusche nicht nutzen konnte. Vielleicht muss nur der Ablauf von den Haaren, Shampoo etc. gereinigt werden? Eigentlich alles Sachen, die schon von andern Gästen aufgeführt worden sind.

Für einen Besuch in Flensburg leider nicht so eine schöne Ecke

Eine gut renovierte Wohnung, gut ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss in einem Mehrfamilienhaus gegenüber vom Bahnhof. Hausflur und drum herum sehr unangenehm. In der Nacht war es sehr laut. Es wurde im Haus herum geschrien und aus verschiedenen anderen Wohnungen dröhnte laute Musik. Fenster sollte man nicht öffnen. Mit Kindern auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen.
