About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a strategic position, inside an elegant historic building a few steps from the Ponte Vecchio. The area is central and allows you to easily reach Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery and the main tourist attractions on foot. The living area is bright and offers a pleasant view of Via Por Santa Maria. The apartment is comfortable and spacious, ideal for couples or families, and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has two double bedrooms, one with a large walk-in closet and the other with a private bathroom with shower. The common area includes a living room with a sofa, dining table, plus a fully equipped kitchen. A second bathroom with shower completes the property.
Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit that will be used to meet their basic needs (toilet paper, soap and shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area.
Check-in is by appointment from 14:00 to 20:00, and for arrivals after 20:00, there is a surcharge.
Service restriction:
Air conditioning in Italy is governed by a regulation that provides for a minimum temperature of 20° and a maximum of 22°.
The allowed temperature values in our apartment are 19°C (+2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.
Based on Decree No. 383 of 6/10/22 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period for turning on the plants for the City of Florence is allowed from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours a day.
Pay attention to the house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a fee of 50€ will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of 100€ will be required.
As per Italian law number 21472011 (art.40.1), the Italian police require us to communicate the identity of our guests. The informations that guests are required to share are: an identity document with a valid photo for expatriation and the address of residence .
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one at a time. The house is equipped with a boiler, a simultaneous use of hot water could temporarily reduce its temperature. . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

This property is in the central tourist area with easy walking access to everything. It can be a little noisy at night because of this. The air conditioning is also noisy so we turned it off in the bedroom at night. The apartment is fine and has two bathrooms which is an advantage. It is fairly basic but that is ok given we were out most of the time. There was no cutlery. Communication with the host was good on arrival, they met us at the property and talked us through everything. The apartment is at the top floor of the building and the lift is small with 240kg max limit.

What a fabulous place to stay in Florence! Great location, spacious, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, soft hotel quality towels, fully stocked kitchen - and they even left us a bottle of prosecco and a bottle of water in the refrigerator! The only minor issues were finding the exact spot (Google maps took us to a spot around the corner) and we had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to meet us. No big deal, and they kept in touch via messaging. The master bathroom sink didn't drain, but since we were only there 2 nights and there were 2 bathrooms, we didn't report it until we left. Wish we could have stayed longer! Note in photo that the yellow cabinet now has some extra dishes and glassware.
