Cosy studio in the heart of Lyme Regis

Great location, very central, easy access to everything. Lovely Views from the apartment. Good heating during our winter stay. Bed was comfortable. Good water pressure and temp in shower. 2nd time staying and we'd happily stay again. Left a welcome basket which was a nice touch.

No fault of the property, but some heads up information. Be mindful when using the metal stairs as they can be slippery when it has rained. Like the.majority of Lyme Regis there is no padking at the propety, it is easier to use the long stay NCP by the Tesco rather than Charmouth car park

Lyme rocks.

A very well thought out set-up. Good, clean and new kitchen equipment. Fantastic views 360degrees.

Loft unsuitable for tall or fat people. Even short people have to bend when moving from the living area to the sleeping area. Maybe a slightly larger shower cubicle could have been fitted in? Surely your bargain/hardware/household store downstairs could spare a washing up rack!

Perfect, clean flat in excellent location

Very clean, fantastic location very near the beach and high street. Guy in the shop downstairs (who provided keys) was super-friendly and helpful. I mentioned a minor maintenance issue to him and he fixed it straight away (after checking with me that it was ok to go into the property).

No space to store food apart from fridge (although that seems to be the case in most places!). The shower was a bit small - not a problem for me or my kid but I think it could be less comfortable (along with the sloped ceiling) for a very tall/big person.

Fantastic appartment, well equiped, best location in Lyme Regis. We will return!

Perfect location at the centre and low altitude in Lyme Regis. The Appartment is stunning, in very good, renovated condition, featuring everything of need for a stay. Kitchen equiped very well for easy breakfast preparations, nice place for breakfast at the window. Bathroom large enough for our needs and the sleeping area was convinient and relaxing for us. Also it was quite calm, except the complaining sea gulls

The appartment is under the roof. We opened the windows and get fresh air into the room, there was always a constant breeze, that supported this approch. For us this was very sufficient, but you must be capable to operate this strategy

Perfect flat in amazing location ☺️

Brilliant location and there was literally a sea view from the window! The flat was very clean and there was a welcome package which I thought was a lovely touch. Although we didn’t use them, there was cooking facilities which was useful. I loved the unique ceiling hight but all I would say is watch not to bang your head, we were pre-warned though! ☺️

Central location with Amazing views.

This "Attic Room" conversion is an Apartment that has a bedroom area with shower room and toilet. There is also a kitchen area and living/dining area. The quality of this build is exceptional and everthing looks brand new and clean. There was a small supply of tea, coffee and sugar as well as a little gift of wine, fudge and cookies. There is a large fridge, cooker, toaster and kettle with enough cutlery, cups and plates to use on a daily basis. The views from the 5 Velux windows are amazing and when closed kept out any noise and light.

Beautiful loft flat in Lyme Regis beach centre

The flat was delightful, well-equipped and well furnished. It is right in the centre of Lyme Regis, which is a vibrant seaside town. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked well, and the kitchen was good. The TV was easy to use. The views are amazing. It has quality velux windows and blinds, which help enormously to control the heat and light. There are options to recycle including waste food. It's recently refurbished with lovely thick carpeting throughout.

Just for access information. There are 49 steps from pavement to sofa. As mentioned, this is a loft conversion so sloping ceilings( i bumped my head on the first day) and prone to heat in a heatwave. Some crockery is in a bottom cupboard, so requires bending or squatting. The kitchen has a halogen hob which was a bit difficult to use, and a nice fridge (but no freezer box).

Simple property with all the basic needs in a central location.

It’s a nice central location to everything you need, see and want to do in Lyme Regis. Right opposite the main museum and town. All the amenities in the property are the standard things you need for a self catering stay. Plenty of hangers, cupboard and drawer space. Kitchen was well equipped with the basics. Having someone show us up to the property was useful too, very helpful member of the shop staff, gave us all the health and safety points like fire/emergency and other info about the property/location. More steps than we expected but it’s all worth it once you see the views from the windows.

We did find a couple stains on the bedding, you could tell it had all been washed but couldn’t tell if stain remover had been used just to keep it looking fresh for future guests. We did also see a lot of stain marks at random points across the carpet and all over the walls in various places, why guests wouldn’t clean it up I don’t know but it may just need a run over with carpet stain spotter and a fresh coat of paint on the walls. The sofa wasn’t that comfortable, it wasn’t something we could lounge on and is quite upright, more like sitting in a squishy table chair. It looks nice just not a place to lounge, we ended up laying in the bed on our phone rather than watching tv on the sofa. These are all little things, none of these things ruined our stay but visually it’s nice to stay in a fresh property and it felt a little tired, just needs a little tlc.

Beautiful place in a wonderful setting. Bang in the centre of Beautiful Lyme town. Perfect. Clean, comfortable with a warm welcome and goodie hamper. 360 views of my favourite place. Heaven! I could eat breakfast and watch the sea.

If we're really picky, it would be the bed, but honestly, it wasn't a big problem.

A lovely place to stay, the feedback are minor comments and certainly did not ruin our stay.

It was very clean, tidy and great location. The gift pack was great as well as the lovely meet and greet people in the Rainbow shop.

Some hopefully useful feedback is - we found the double bed very tiny and uncomfortable, and we are both slim people. The shower was also very small, so perhaps removing the enormous shower caddy would help. Advising people to open the kitchen window before making toast might be useful in stopping the fire alarm going off.

Lovely flat in THE perfect location

Location is perfect and the flat is lovely. Check in process is nice and smooth and the hosts are lovely and welcoming. Flat was very clean, nicely presented, and well equipped.

Only negative is that the layout and the space is a bit awkward due to it being in the roof but it's really not that much of an issue just something to consider. And I found the pillows slightly too firm but that's just personal taste.

Every thing was perfect! The location was amazing! We arrived late at night and getting into the property was well organised and trouble free! My son was super surprised to find the tv also had Netflix set up and then could not stop laughing when he scrolled through the names on the profiles! Could not recommend it more highly!

My lovely new private pad in Lyme Regis

Loved the great location, the privacy, and the freshness of the flat and its new furnishings and fittings. Though compact, the open-plan layout of the flat and big Velux windows gave it a light, bright and airy feel, with great views over the town and sea and coast.

The only minor points for me were due to the low eaves, causing me a bit of difficulty getting up from the low bed (as I’m a not especially fit 6 footer), and having to lean sideways when going from the living area to the bedroom and bathroom.
