Location was good quiet surroundings and lovely walks near by with the dog .
It needed tidying up outside weeds everywhere Also no instructions how to work the TV took ages to figure it out and get it working ?

Lovely location and lodge clean, there was a problem with a burst pip on site, we didnt notice until someone came straight away with bottled water for us and it was fixed quickly, just one of those things!! The lodge itself is right opposite the river and there are loads of rabbits about!! We all loved our stay. I thought i left my neckkace there and the lady texted me straight away so thanks for that!!!

Well-equipped and very clean accommodation, which met all needs. Wonderful to wake to birdsong and to hear the river babbling nearby.
Host was very responsive both before and during the stay.
The lodge is very well furnished and includes lots of "extras" - board games, DVDs, teabags and coffee etc..
Yes, it's a little outside town, but it's a pleasant walk there, and is well located for exploring stunning surrounding countryside.
Directions on how to reach the lodge itself could be a little clearer, esp if arriving at night - perhaps host could supply a plan of the site and mark the lodge on it?
But that's a minor point and access was straightforward.
