A very pleasant experience and ideal place to say with dogs

No heating on when arrive even though had to state a time of arrival Couldnt get tv to work, not even to play DVD's and clock no battery Access to it not easy

Pleasant 4 day stay to visit the antiques fair.
Comfortable lodge on a quiet site.
We were unaware that the bridge on the site across the river had been closed. This made it virtually impossible to walk safely into Builth Wells. I think this should be made known to future clients.

Lovely Stay in the Lodge & Park.
Property had everything we needed. Was a great location for us close to the dog walks and river. Was great sitting out on the decking watching the wildlife around us.
Couldnt get hot water to work in kitchen. Was fine in bathroom. Ice box was solid in fridge. Couldnt get TV to work. Couldnt find sharp knife to cut the carrots ! None of these caused us any real concerns though.
