Very clean, modern, fresh. Well equipped. Ideal location for river fishing and stargazing. 5 min drive to the town.

2 side windows were difficult to close once opened, had to keep shut.

No coal for the bbq as it says there should of been, checkin was quite late 3pm to and check out was 10am so basically you don’t get a full day , either way

great location very close to the centre of Builth, and close to the show ground. very cosy and clean.

grounds man was extremely grumpy! we were always considerate and quiet while walking through and driving around the grounds. didn’t spoil our stay would stay again.

The property was beautiful. Really clean and the owners had thought of everything you could need for your stay. All the extra little touches were lovely. Everything was spotless and it was a real pleasure to stay. We will definitely be returning and have already recommended to friends and family

Beautiful Lodge in peaceful surroundings

The lodge was absolutely lovely and the surroundings are beautiful.We spent 3 days there and really didnt want to go home! We will definitely be returning very soon! The lodge contained everything we needed and the hosts left us milk,water and cakes on our arrival! Its so peaceful and there are some really lovely walks and Caer Beris isnt too far away to go to have a bite to eat and a few drinks

Very well maintained luxury cabin in an idyllic location. The park was peaceful and serene. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were comfortable. There was no playground in the park but plenty of space for the children to run around and explore the grounds and adjacent river. The cabin was well situated and had a lovely view. I like the location, with a national park and lovely villages at our doorstep. We will certainly stay there again.

Easy to locate, lovely quiet area. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the goods left for our convenience and would definitely love to stay again.

Hosts were extremely helpful. Cabin was absolutely beautiful and extremely accommodating. Beautiful walks literally on the doorstep. Already been looking for available dates to return.

Quality lodge

Really lovely comfortable lodge that's tastefully decorated and very clean. Beautiful tranquil location,the perfect place if you want peace and relaxation. Particularly loved the private garden area where you can enjoy a BBQ and watch all the birds and wildlife. Big thank you to the owners, we really enjoyed our visit and definitely would return and highly recommend.

Lovely quite staycation, the lodge was very homely, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Nice touches with chocolate, crisps and fresh milk left for our stay. Great location with good walks around the area. We would definitely stay again.

FAMILY HAVE STAYED IN No. 49 A NUMBER OF TIMES, THE PRESENT OWNER CHANGED THE LAYOUT OF INSIDE WHICH WAS GREAT,

THE ONLY MINUS WAS NO WiFi signal, to contact others on site.
