Its location was good for our purpose, the shower was good

The internet did not function, we informed the staff, who informed us that it would be repaired but it was not!

Very central location and the staff were very helpful

The plumbing was not very good. The bath would fill with the shower water and would not drain away. Staff tile but could not fix before the end of your stay so we could not use the shower. The shower/bath was also leaking as was the toilet which has caused the floor to be damaged giving the bathroom as damp smell.

The location was very good for where we wanted to visit.

Lack of cutlery. Not enough plates, bowls etc. For 4 people.

Unfortunately our stay wasnt enjoyable . The property presented a number of issues that weren't detailed in the listing. Steep stairs getting into the property and also uneven stairs going to the main bathroom from the rest of the house. As I was travelling with someone disabled and can manage a few stairs this was a problem as the number of them and the unevenness of them prevented them going into the kitchen / main bathroom The curtains in the main bedroom are a fire hazard. I turned on the radiator as it was cold and the curtains heated up as they trialled all the way to the floor! I had to draw the curtains in order to use the radiator. The accommodation was unclean. The place is covered in dust, it needs a proper clean. The towels had some lovely "brown smeared strains" on them. They did not look appealing to use. Thankfully I brought one of my own to use The main bathroom toilet seat is broken. The flooring in the kitchen is a trip hazard. The original flooring has a vinyl ontop of it and it's not been laid down properly and it's all runkled up - not safe!! The cable to the tv has exposed wires showing! I refused to use the tv as I didn't want to electricute anyone All the dishes and glasses need a proper scrub, as does the fridge. The plug sockets on the walls are loose in several rooms. I could go on and name many more issues with the property but these were my main concerns. If I could have found alternative accommodation we wouldn't have stayed but being a more rural area I couldn't find an alternative at short notice.

The apartment could be a lovely place to stay it is in a prime location on the flat with everything you need pour door step

Great location. Spacious. Light and airy. Warm.

Could have been cleaner. Blinds covered in dust. Cooker hood did not work and greasy. Kitchen crockery selection limited. Only one bowl. Not good enough.

Everything. Booking.com narrowed it down to easy accessible but it had around 30 steps up to the apartment. I was in absolute agony when I reached the top to the point I had to come home.

The bed was mostly comfortable, and you got the entire apartment. The apartment was spacious but old-fashioned.

The sofa was broken. This was missing a leg on the back left when viewing from the front. These were also very old-fashioned and uncomfortable. There were no bowls in the apartment, and what crockery was there wasn't clean. The entire appearance of the apartment was very unkempt, with the flooring in the kitchen peeling, the ceiling in the shower/bath peeling, and some small mould patches in the bathroom. The building itself was very difficult to find. A member of staff had to guide us to the apartment.

Great position, far enough away from the clock tower. Although lots of steps, manageable. Cafes and bars with restaurants all close by.

Although clean, bedding, bathroom, kitchen, in desperate need of addressing damp/crumbling plaster and some TLC could be an amazing little find!!

The best part was the town it was soo beautifull and clean the people wer soo polite and nice. The apartment was nice and clean.

The beds where very dissapointing the second rooms bed was too low and made alot off noise my son found it very hard to sleep. The apartment was clean but had no cleaning facilities so was hard to keep it clean after use.

It was in a good location for our bike ride .

Lovely location

No hand soap or tea towels, the tap was a bit faulty in the kitchen.

Location was fab, easy check in & out. Parking to the rear, spacious apartment, outdoor space to the rear. Lovely local pubs and restaurants.

The two single beds in the first bedroom were comfortable but extremely squeaky whenever you moved , Pillows were also very lumpy. We had someone's leftover fish and chips still in the microwave, apartment could do with a good clean had some marks on some of kitchen doors, skirting in bathroom, tv in the lounge etc.

We loved the apartment because it was spacious and felt safe. It has all that we needed. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and main bathroom were modern and nice.The location was great. We really loved the town.

The taps in the kitchen were very stiff. We didn't know that the sharp knives were hidden in the chopping board, until the last day. Perhaps it would be helpful to leave a note to tell people.

Loved the location and layout and the poster pictures, the hot shower was great too. Extra towels most appreciated Laudrette on street very handy after rainy day Extra pillows welcomed

Mattresses very poor quality Dirty skirting in bathroom Hoover broken? No tumble dryer? Iron upgrade would be good? Wifi would be good? No cloths for cleaning or washing dishes?

I stayed at apartment with my elderly mother, 3 flights of steep steps to get to apartment & myself & my mother are OAPs, not informed of steps & my mother unable to venture out until departure because of steps & im in my 60s & made few treks up steps with both our luggage. Absolutely terrible not informing people of the access to property

Nice and central

No lock on toilet door and bathroom could do with new bath etc and also be handy to have Wi-Fi in the property

The apartment is close to all the facilities. A big two bedroom apartment (may not be great for people with young children due to the stairs and no way to block them off.) Beautiful area to explore just outside. Would recommend and we will return.

Lots of cobwebs and bits that hadn't been cleaned for a while. Silver fish in the bathroom. Laundrette directly underneath that can be heard from early until late, may disturb some people.

Close to Elan Valley, and shops

We book a two bedroom apartment, didn't realise that's it's across the road and down a bit from the main hotel, Booking in was ok, but staff didn't know where the parking was( allocated space to the rear of the building, couldn't find it) but there's space further down the road, the flat was spacious, but it need a few things to be upgraded to make this place better, disappointed no hand gel/ shower gels was provided, had to buy from the co-op across the road,the bathroom has no extractor fan so the ceiling above the bath the paint is peeling and not very nice ( need to be repaired)the mattress were very bad in both rooms and should be replaced, the sofas also was very soft so maybe replace the cushions, the kitchen sink hot water tap is very loose needs fixing ( urgently), no salt/pepper, wine glasses provided, a few tweaks and this accomodation could be great

Having stayed before in the lower apartment, I knew all was well. Great roads and vistas on tap. The location was spot on. Pubs next door and appetising cheap Chinese across the road. All facilities in the apartment.

Cooker grill only half works and my double bed mattress had turned into a Rhodesian Ridgeback.

A really nice spacious flat right in the middle of town

Could have had more provisions in the apartment - eg hand soap and shower gel in the bathrooms, cloths in the kitchen etc

Tired decor, very basic facilities, kitchen equipment/utensils very used.

Check-in was shambolic.

Easy check-in, host was lovely, apartment very central, close to plenty of pubs & places to eat. Evening meal in Ty Morgan's Bistro was delicious 😋 Towels & linen provided. Lovely 2-night stay thank you!
