Convenient location in the centre of town

A bit noisy right on the main road

I've stayed here a few times over the last 8 years, it's one of our favourite places, this time we brought our dog and it was perfect. The location is perfect for the shops & restaurants, river walks/woodland walks. We will be back very soon.

We loved everything!

A spacious, centrally positioned apartment in Rhayader. Excellent amenities around the town and fantastic walks and activities nearby. The apartment was spacious with 2 toilets, the kitchen was equipped with the basics. It is decorated to a modern standard. The garden views were lovely but unfortunately we didn't have time to use it much. Overall it is good value for money.

It is a shame as the apartment has potential to be excellent value for money if it received a little more TLC. As in other reviews, the apartment could receive a deeper clean namely the carpets washed and nooks, crannies and ledges hoovered / wiped. A lot depends on the previous guests as we found oven trays inside the oven covered in grease and burnt on food residue and the cutlery, crockery, glasses and pans needed washing again. We asked for more toilet roll over email but as of the time of this review I have still yet to receive a response. Kitchen could do with a few more implements to make it well equipped (peeler, grater, measuring jug). Last thing if you are a light sleeper and you are in Apt 1 with guests above you, you will not sleep well as the floorboards creek, A LOT.
