All mod cons etc worked, oven, tv, microwave. Ideal for a small break mountain biking in Elan valley. Shower was very hot and powerful which after riding in rough countryside, wind and rain, was heaven. Place to park at rear of property up a lane by the leisure centre so could unload gear there
Plug points are a bit awkwardly positioned in the bedrooms but in the kitchen/diner it was fine. Waterworks are bit noisy on flushing toilet 😳

Greatly equipped kitchen, lots of space, good location, very good heating and hot water
Mattresses are so thin and incredibly uncomfortable 😕
