About this apartment rental
Spacious and bright apartment in Santa Margherita Ligure town center, 5 minutes walking distance from the beach.
The apartment is on the fifth floor of a nice building with an elevator, located in a quiet area. The entrance opens onto a small hallway which leads to the wide and bright living room enriched with a marble grit flooring and furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a big wooden bookshelf and a TV. On the right there is the kitchen fitted with all comforts including an oven and a kettle, and furnished with a breakfast bar with stools.
The sleeping area comes with a bedroom provided with a queen-size bed, a wardrobe and a dresser. A bathroom with a bathtub and a shower curtain and a washing machine completes the layout.
Comfort such as free wifi, independent heating, portable air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms will be at guests disposal.
The apartment could be a bit noisy due to the railway close to it.

The center, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation with views of the so-called "Costa dei Delfini", which links the city to Portofino. The town is a well-known seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.
