Horrific and unsafe. Should be immediately removed from the website
The property is a biohazard. It is covered in mould. I was sick and have a chest infection and was coughing all day, I am still unwell and had to seek medical assistance. The sheets even had mould on them. I immediately contacted customer service and am still waiting for a response. The pictures are not the same and are misleading and the rooms do not look like that. It smells unbearable of mould. I contacted the property through booking, they told me ‘there is no mould’ despite me sending pictures and videos. They then ignored my messages. We had nowhere else to go that night. Customer service were not contactable at that time at night. This place is disgusting, unsafe and must be removed immediately from this website. When I booked it, there were no reviews so I unfortunately did not know previously. This listing is putting people’s health at risk.

Alles. Ich habe mich bereits beim Kundenservice beschwert und leider immer noch keine Antwort erhalten. Obwohl sie schreiben, dass sie sich innerhalb der nächsten 24 Stunden melden. Ich warte seit Tagen auf eine Antwort. Ich fühle mich arglistig getäuscht. Nichts war in der Realität so, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Da sind eine Menge Filter drauf. Es ist keine Wohnung mit 75 qm, sondern ein Kellerraum mit etwa 50 qm. Die Luft drinnen war extrem schlecht und sehr schneidend. Es hat nach Schimmel und Fett gestunken. Ich habe keine Luft in diesem Kellerraum bekommen. Und musste die ganze Nacht husten, weil ich auf Schimmel allergisch bin. Die Ausstattung ist alt und abgenutzt und nicht wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. An manchen Stellen fällt die Tapete ab. Im Bad kann man sogar den Schimmel sehen. Ich musste nach der ersten Nacht abreisen, weil ich dort erstickt bin. Und habe ihnen auch gleich morgens früh geschrieben . Ich bitte darum, mir mein Geld zurück zu geben. Dieser kleine Kellerraum ist nicht das, was auf den Fotos avisiert wird. Ich fühle mich arglistig getäuscht. Bitte geben Sie mir mein Geld zurück. Freundliche Grüße Helena Maron
