Bequemes Bett. Sehr gute Lage: unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand, kleiner Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe, lange Spaziergänge die Küste entlang nach los Gigantes in die eine und Alcalá in die andere Richtung möglich. Der Pool ist klein, aber schön und gepflegt, daneben eine gemeinschaftliche Sonnenterasse mit Meerblick. Neue und funktionstüchtige Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine, neben Handtüchern werden auch Strandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Freundlicher und flexibler Vermieter.
Die Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig, die Möbel alt und zusammengewürfelt. Kaum Abstellmöglichkeiten in Küche und Bad. Am besten selber Saughaken mitbringen, um Dinge im Bad aufzuhängen. Nur grellweiße Deckenlampe, keine Nachttisch-Leselampen im Schlafzimmer. Dort funktioniert auch nur eine Steckdose. Die Fenster schließen nicht richtig und leider hört man die SB-Waschanlage von der benachbarten Tankstelle (auf die die Fenster hinausgehen) sehr laut.

Świetna lokalizacja, ciche i spokojne sąsiedztwo. Bezpośredni dostęp do plaży, sklepów i knajp, ale też nieco bardziej dzikiej strony okolicy – wzdłuż trasy spacerowej na południe. Basen i taras świetnie sprawdzają się w leniwe dni.
Wyposażenie mogłoby być odrobinę lepsze (ale nie ma tragedii).
