L'appartement est bien agencé et la terrasse a une belle surface. Le retrait de l'immeuble par rapport à la route est un plus. La proximité d'une belle plage de sable noir est aussi un plus.

Vaisselle insuffisante (2 verres à vin, 2 tasses, ...). Je ne comprends toujours pas comment on peut placer un lavabo sans mettre de coupe-air, résultat odeur d'égout. Très mauvaise insonorisation au niveau de la porte et nous n'avons pas eu de chance avec les voisins du dessus qui traînaient leurs meubles sur le sol. Mais le summum c'est la place de parking public située devant la sortie du parking de l'immeuble. Des véhicules sont donc autorisés à se garer devant la grille empêchant ainsi les véhicules des occupants de l'immeuble de sortir du parking. La copropriété n'a pas juger utile de demander une license municipale pour éliminer cette place ... incroyable !

Our stay was just perfect! We were pleased to see how clean, well kept and equipped the apartment is. It had everything we needed! :) The apartment is very well located: just a short walk to Playa de La Arena, it's close to restaurants and a small shop. There is a big terrace with a pool in the complex. Another plus is the parking space for residents (it is limited, but we had no issue to find available places). We couldn't thank Vitor and Isabel enough, they are kind hosts. They were available and responsive to help us whenever we needed. Our flight was delayed, but they waited for us to hand the key and explain everything. We were able to do a later checkout without additional costs (subject to availability) and even after checking out when I realized I forgot my wallet in the apartment, they quickly responded so we could arrange a time to pick it up. We will stay again for sure!

The apartment is great, has a large terrace with stunning views. You can find all may need even a thread with a needle and an iron! Good location, pool on the roof. Definitely recommend!

Location was good. Private off street parking was excellent

Ceiling leaked water when it rained! Water dropped down onto the AC unit and a socket. Hosts when contacted said ‘nothing we can do, this is what happens in Tenerife when it rains’! Shower glass door was hanging off and hosts merely said ‘they didn’t get time to fix it’. I had to rehang it. Fridge door was also broken and kept falling off top hanger. Again, hosts just said ‘oh yes, we need to fix that’. Talk is cheap!
