Villa Punta Negra HEATED POOL tenerifesummervillas

Lovely property, very clean, looks better than the photos and in a great location. Plenty of outdoor space and a good sized pool.

Outstanding villa, big enough for a large family up to 8 people. Great pool, lovely outside eating areas. Pool table and table tennis as well. Welcome Aircon. Parking if required. 3 minute walk to the beach and shops.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Punta Negra as a family of five. The villa exceeded our expectations: spacious, spotless and tastefully decorated, with a great pool and beautiful ocean views. The location is perfect—right next to the beach, yet in a very calm and peaceful neighbourhood. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. Highly recommended!

The outside space i stunning and exactly as advertised it is the perfect space to spend time outside in the beautiful weather the heated pool was very nice The location is great literally 2 min walk from the small strip and beach The owners did help with requests for stair gate for bedroom and wirh shopping which was very much appreciated If there is something you need ahead of your stay I am sure the team will be happy to support you

There were some things which were not as the photos and this had a major impact as disabled travellers but may not affect everyone 1. The accomodation was advertised as having 4 bathrooms it only had 3 we have autistic children and the only bath didnt have a plug! 2. There was bedrooms photographed which have since been altered making the space less disabled friendly and also quite dark 3. The advertised l shaped comfortable leather sofa ha since been changed for what appears to be conservatory furniture On top of this cleanliness was not amazing There was half drunk bottle of water in the wardrobe.... the kitchen surfaces were still dirty not to the eye but we always wipe down as soon as we get there and the kitchen roll was black The upstairs bathroom stunk really bad and only got worse across the break The swimming pool was not cleaned at all during our 10 day stay There is one house and 1 beach towel each neither are particularly big and they are not changed, whilst there is a washing machine it is difficult to clean and dry towels you need twice a day There are safety gates at the top of stairs but not at the bottom which is a little dangerous they are also a little awkward The kitchen plug doesn't fit so you couldn't wash up( it also didnt fit the bath we tried) whilst there is. Dishwasher you wouldn't want to leave dirty plates around with the tiny little ants that invade on a regular basis We made the most of it but we had considerable additional pain and Difficulties due to some of the above challenges and found the level of internal accomodation and cleanliness to be less than desired and not in keeping with its price bracket
