Lokacija nuostabi, kavinės, parduotuvės, papludimys viskas ranka pasiekiama. Būstas erdvus, tvarkingas, švarus, viskas ko reikia yra, kaip namuose, nuo indų, maisto gaminimo reikmenų, pledų į papludimį. Didelė terasa su nuostabiu vaizdu.

Vienintelis minusas, tai lovų čiužiniai. Su spiruoklėmis, jaitiesi kaip ant batuto, kai partneris bando apsiversti kitas prabunda nes visas šokinėji. Visa savaitę buvo sunku miegoti. Bet jeigu jus prie tokių pratę ne bus problema.

Beautiful view to the ocean from the large terrace, where you can have your dinner and enjoy even the sunset. Grocery store and frutería are just a couple of minutes walk away. The building was silent during the night, no disturbing noises- friendly neighbors:) The bed was too soft for me, but nothing else. Nice and clean! We’ll coming back with the kids!!

bardzo dobra lokalizacja, apartament wygodny ze wszystkimi potrzebnymi sprzętami, duży taras gdzie o poranku można zjeść śniadanie (słońce pojawia się z tej strony budynku w późniejszych godzinach) a wieczorem podziwiać zachody słońca, brak klimatyzacji wynagradzają wentylatory na sufitach, które świetnie się sprawdzają, blisko sklep czynny codziennie,

w apartamencie przydałoby się duże lustro :)

Good quiet location, Good views from the terrace. The apartment had a good layout and a very good bathroom. The management company staff were very friendly and responded quickly to our comms, but they were not very effective.

The lock on the sliding door from the bedroom to the terrace was broken on arrival so the apartment could not be secured. I found the broken piece on the floor - someone had tried to "glue" the broken metal catch in place !!. (They fixed this the next day). The kitchen area was too small with almost no worktop space and what it had was poor quality surface. The beds were fine, and a good size, but the mattresses not very comfortable and bedding very basic. 1 bedroom had a small chest of drawers but no wardrobe. The second bedroom had a wardrobe but most of it was used to store the spare bedding and towels / laundry. The dinning table was wobbly and the surface was very damaged with peeled off laminate - we had to ask for a tablecloth to cover it. There were no plugs for the kitchen or bathroom sinks and the management co said they could not get sink plugs in Tenerife ?? (I've never had a problem in Tenerife before). The terrace was fine, with a good table but one of the chairs had a clearly broken leg and I asked for it to be removed as it was dangerous in case someone sat on it. For the first 2 days we had the bedding and towel laundry from the previous guests drying on our terrace !. The basic painting and decorating are fine throughout, but the flooring, furniture, fittings and appliances are all very tired (worn out) and the place consequently felt shabby. The switch on one bedside light did not work. The under cupboard lighting did not work and the wires between the lights just hangs / loops under the cupboards between the lights, The flap covering the main circuit breakers is broken and just "rests" in place. We communicated all the issues and received prompt and polite responses but very little effective action. There is no excuse for these kind of issues at a holiday let costing £1100 per week in March as it would take only a little cost and effort to make such a big difference
