Ocean Sunset House

A clean and spacious house with comfortable beds and a nice view from the bedroom terrace. It was well equipped in the kitchen and had three bathrooms so ideal for groups or families. Hairdryer, iron, towels including beach towels and safe provided. Ceiling fans. Plenty of power points and a handy garage with a washing machine and little weights room. The shared pool was large and not too busy and there is a smaller heated pool for children. The area around the pool is nicely landscaped and there were sunbeds and umbrellas. The Mercadona supermarket is close by for supplies. We liked San Sebastien La Laguna, Orotava, San Andres near Santa Cruz (also has the best beach Playa las Teresitas), Garachico and the drives to Teide and Masca (not for the faint hearted but spectacular scenery).

A development on a steep site with several flights of steps to the pool. A little noise from neighbours but quiet at night. A steep area in general and no immediate restaurants/cafes around the development. - it’s on the edge of town. There is a bus stop fairly close by. We were not keen on Los Gigantes or Puerto Santiago in general and preferred the Playa San Juan area. Communication very basic - met the host on site to pick up the keys but language barrier. No welcome information regarding how to use appliances, what is nearby, where to empty bins etc. We ended up taking rubbish to the Mercadona bins every couple of days. Slightly broken sunbed and no pads for the sunbeds. Pillows were like sofa cushions, not very comfortable unfortunately. Both bathrooms had baths with a shower over. Would be good to change one bathroom to a walk in shower. If these small changes could be made it would be very good. As such we felt it was a bit expensive for the location.

Nice view from the upper floor's balcony of the master bedroom. Kitchen well equipped with everything required to cook up a big meal. The photos of the property accurately reflect the situation. Restaurants and supermarket in walking distance.

The door to the terrace is rather hard to move - my wife couldn't move it. Wifi only works in the first floor - an investment in a cheap range extender would make sense.

Erdvus ir gerai įrengtas kotedžas. Švari ir erdvi baseino zona. Didelis pliusas - baseinas vaikams, 30-50 cm gylio. Dveji vonios kambariai. Privatus parkingas. Kambariuose įrengtos vėsinimo sistemos. Labai gražios apylinkės, šalia Los Gigantes uolos, Masca miestelis.

Nice, big, clean and full equipped apartment, with comfy beds, 2 bathrooms and extra toilet: perfect for friends trip (or families). Check in/out and communication very easy. Supermarket next to the building and city centre/beach 15-20 minutes walk distance.

The apartment has 2 bins for recycling but unfortunately the building only has mixed containers.
