About this villa rental
Beautiful three-bedroom villa with a heated pool and ocean views. This exclusive property features a garden, outdoor kitchen, barbecue, two bathrooms, and a half-bath. It stands out for its spaciousness and outdoor areas.
At the entrance to the villa is a beautiful garden of about 100 square meters, featuring several fountains as well as a pleasant porch with a chill-out area.
Upon entering, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that seats six; this space stands out for its views of the garden and the ocean. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room, which also offers ocean views and access to the terrace; it features a comfortable armchair and an 80-inch Smart TV with satellite channels. It’s the perfect space to relax and watch movies.
Next is a very spacious bedroom with access to and beautiful views of the garden; it features a queen-size bed. Next to this bedroom is a half-bath. The second bedroom has an en suite bathroom, a king-size bed, a desk, and a 52-inch TV. At the end of the hallway is the master suite—a spacious bedroom with access to the pool and an en suite bathroom featuring a shower and bathtub.
The pool area is spacious and fully furnished, with several seating areas, six lounge chairs, and a dining area. The outdoor kitchen features a barbecue and a convenient bar with seating for five.
This property is designed to provide guests with the utmost comfort. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and parking for one car.
On the first floor of the villa, there is a completely independent apartment with a separate entrance from another street and no access to any of the areas shown in the photos.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Claudia. Well situated in a residential area with a choice of supermarkets nearby and just a short walk to the beach and restaurants, plus a great little Italian restaurant and pharmacy were very close by. The property owners were fabulous and at hand if needed. They recommended some excellent restaurants in the area. The villa was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The pool and outside areas were maintained every few days and there was a weekly bedding and towel change. For us the best part of staying at Villa Claudia was the lovely outside area, with comfortable sun loungers, sofa, dining area and a well equipped outside kitchen and BBQ area, combined with beautiful sea view and lovely heated salt water pool. Relaxing whilst looking out at La Gomera and watching the yachts sail past truly made this location special. We would certainly recommend a stay at the Villa Claudia. The villa was well situated for trips out. We visited Siam Park for Siam Nights which was great, due to fewer crowds we managed to get on many of the attractions multiple times. We also did a morning boat trip from nearby Los Gigantes marina and saw a pod of pilot whales by the boat just a couple of metres away. The crew from Flipper Uno were totally respectful of the whales and their environment all times. We also drove into Teide National Park, we went in the early evening when it was cooler, plus the light and views were stunning. Totally recommend!

Perfect villa in Tenerife and great hosts! We stayed at Claudia's in June 2026 for 1 week. Everything was perfect but more spacious than it looks in photos. The location is only a 10 minutes walk to the beach and main street with restaurants and shops. The road next to Landmar Hotel is easy to walk. At night it is very quiet and safe as there were some fancy cars parked on the street. The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms (main bed has a tub) and great water flow. All rooms, including the Living Room have highly effective air-conditioners. The kitchen is well-equipped with spices, nespresso coffee pods, oil, utensils, pans, etc. The appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, washing machine) are all modern and efficient. The best part is the pool area with great views of the sea and Gomera island. There is a BBQ area equipped with coal, lighter, etc. The maintenance is top notch with a pool guy coming every few days to clean the pool and the BBQ area. The pool is PERFECT and super clean. The water temperature in June was perfect. There are plenty of lounge chairs, sofas, dining chairs outside to enjoy the wonderful patio. There is a remote controlled gate so you can park a normal sized car in the driveway and there are plenty of free street parking spaces right next to the house. Lidl and other supermarkets are 5 minutes by car. The house is only 30 minutes from Tenerife South airport, roads are great and easy to navigate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CLAUDIA'S VILLA!

Beautiful and very spacious villa with an excellent pool. Location is great, a short walk down to the restaurants along the front. With a hire car, down to Los Christianos for the hustle and hustle, up to the heights for spectacular hikes or over to the north of the island for a change of scene are all easily doable. I'm sure we'll be back, we had a great week.
