Views and huge balcony are a massive bonus. Kitchen is well equipped. Apartment very clean when we arrived.
Bathrooms could do with an upgrade as very dated. Air Conditioning now all removed and replaced with floor stand alone fans in each room.

The location and views are great. The balcony is huge and offers plenty of space and overlooks the ocean. The apartment is large and well equipped
Would be all 10 out of 10's if the air conditioning worked - which is still advertised but not in place.. They have placed stand alone fans in each room but they just push around the hot air !

Todo muy bien y fenomenal,pero para llegar a un 10 :La ducha del baño pequeño,la sofa del salon y la lavadora necesitan un cambio

The size of the house, the terrace ans the view, the beds are confortable and the kitchen is well equiped but the minuses are too big
Air cons are all broken and faulty and the owner knows about it but still takes bookings by advertising the appartment as having air con. On our stay one of the toilets got broken and nobody repaired it till we left. Toilets and bathtub are old and rusty. It gets hot in the rooms espwcially the last one only with fans and that is in october, i cannot even imagine how hot it gets during summer
