Apartamentos Terrazas Los Gigantes by Suncanarias

- Great location – close to Lidl, shops, and restaurants and as a starting point for the excursions A wonderful Italian restaurant located right below the apartment Quiet, peaceful, and safe building No major problem with parking the car (winter season) The apartment is spacious – it has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms; it was perfect for a family of 2+2 relaxation area with a swimming pool on the top floor (the pool is very nice, unfortunately not heated, and in the winter season the water was cold)

Unfortunately, construction of new apartments right next door is quite loud from the morning and makes it difficult to use the terrace during the day, as the workers are operating right next to it (work hours were 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.) They don't work at weekends and free days (we were lucky enough to have some quiet days) The construction is still at the early stage and it will last long they will end it.. It didn’t bother us that much because we wake up early and returned late. One of the rooms is dark (small windows) The other has an entrance to the second terrace) Too little toilet paper and no extra trash bags for a weekly stay for 4 people In the kitchen there was no dishwashing liquid, sponge, oil, or laundry liquid/powder Kitchen equipment is very basic The frying pans were very worn out and should be replaced with new ones – everything stuck to them, and most importantly: using such pans is a health hazard! Poor communication with the property – it takes a very long time to get a response, which adds stress before the trip Fortunately, the payment process went smoothly, and the apartment is opened traditionally with a key, so there is no need to use an app. Many people have already mentioned all of these inconveniences in the comments, and as you can see, the apartment management has done nothing to improve them.

Dans l’appartement, rien, L’eau de la piscine était froide, J’ai été adverti sur le chantier d’à coté, mais il y a du bruit des 7h30 Heureusement que je suis un lève-tôt et quand j’arrivais il n’y avait plus de bruit

Vue sur la ville et la mer top Terrasse et coucher de soleil juste en face Piscine (pas chauffée dommage selon la periode)

Pas d'eau pendant 24h ( coupure d'eau, peu de réactivité de la propriétaire, il a fallu insister pour au final avoir l'intervention de professionnels pour régler le problème) 1/2 journée bloquée attendre nous meme le technicien puis les plombiers .. alors que c'est un problème récurent apparemment qui aurait pu être régler plus vite si plus de réactivité. Construction d'un immeuble juste a côté donc travaux dès 7h30, même le samedi, on est tranquille 1h pendant la pause déjeuner sinon les ouvriers sont juste à côté .. difficile de profiter de la terrasse ou de la piscine. On est tranquille qu'en fin d'après-midi après. Et les alarmes des grues qui sonnent en pleine nuit à cause du vent 1 des lits est sur roulettes, pas très pratique Sinon c'est les lits jumeaux Tiroir de cuisine sortent de travers et plan de travail fissuré Photos un peu trompeuses.. l'appart vieilli (cuisine, joint de douche..) Dommage
