Pepe was an excellent host. The check in instructions were easy to understand and the entry system/security was a real plus. The property was in immaculate condition and could not be faulted. Any questions we had Pepe was very responsive and helpful. We cannot recommend this property highly enough. Would definitely use the apaerment again. many thanks Matt

Pros: We really loved the views from our large balcony looking over the sea and Los Gigantes. The place was quiet, within easy reach of the resort centre and we enjoyed being able to access other parts of the island fairly easily.
Cons: There could have been six outdoor dining chairs and 6 comfy seats in the indoor seating area to allow us all to sit together at the same time. However we managed with other chairs we found around the place and it didn't spoil our holiday in any way.

Everything was great about this property! Pepe the owner met us for checkin and when we checked out and was very friendly and helpful! Pictures on listing are very accurate. Apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (although it could handle 6). Very modern, clean, ac on top floor, Pepe left some nice personal touches for us when we arrived (wine, fruit basket, Spanish Christmas tree, etc.) Apartment had everything we needed. Easy 5-10 minute walk down the hill to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, souvenir stores, local beach etc.The reserved indoor parking spot for our car was also great! Apartment is in a very nice location with beautiful views of sunset and cliffs nearby. Would highly recommend and would look forward to staying here again someday!
