Villa Maximus is AMAZINGLY POSITIONED Directly next to the Natural Sea Cliffs of Los Gigantes and over looks the Picturesque Village & Marina which will allow you COMPLETE RELAXATION with SENSATIONAL PRIVATE VIEWS of the Sea, Famous Cliffs (The Giants - Spectacular National Beauty Spot) & the Islands of La Gomera & La Palma. Completely Renovated & Redesigned to an Exacting Standard with Air Conditioning, Cosy Furniture, Beds, Bathrooms & a State of the Art Kitchen with Granite Work Surfaces. The Living Area is Very Spacious & has the benefit of a 60' Flat Screen TV receiving BBC 1, BBC 2, ITV 1, Chan 4, Channel 5 plus Film and Sport Channels along with a DVD Player with a large selection of extra films and in addition we have a Bose Sound System with iPod Dock allowing Guests to play music of their Choice. We also have a free Extra Fast WiFi Internet Connection. All Bedrooms have been Redesigned & Importantly all Benefit from having Very Comfy New Beds and Designer Bedding. The Villa has 3 Individually Designed Bathrooms (1 main bathroom & 2 en suite). Outside for Total Relaxation you can Enjoy the Peace & Quiet with Amazing Views and a Beautiful Private Heated Swimming Pool along with 8 Sunbeds an Al Fresco Dining Area with BBQ for those long Lazy Days in the Sunshine.

Once you have entered the Property our representaive will offer you refreshments before taking you on a guided tour around the Villa. Our representative will do her best to ensure you are completly comfortable and that you are familiar with the Villa Layout and how all the Villa utilities operate. Our representative speaks both English and Spanish and will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have with reference to Los Gigantes and the surrounding area. In the Villa you will find our Villa Guide which again will have lots of information in it to help you locate local amenties, places of interest and things to do whilst on your holiday. In the Villa guide will be our representatives telephone number who will be on hand in the unlikely event of an emergency.
Complimentary Welcome Pack: We believe you deserve a 5 star service at our Villa so with this in mind and with our compliments we will have fresh Bread, Preseve, Butter, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk and Orange juice waiting for your arrival. If you have a special occasion whilst on your holiday that you would like to celebrate in style then we can also provide Flower's, Chocolate's, Wine and of course Champagne, whatever you require we will do our best to oblige.
Amazing Location with Outstanding Views: The Villa is positioned in an amazing location so it is strongly suggested you pack your binoculars, the Sensational Picturesque Views from the terraces allow you to look out over the bay towards the islands of La Gomera and La Palma which you can see during your holiday. The most important view is certainly the cliff's of Los Gigantes which are completley awe inspiring and considering our Villa is postioned directly next to the cliff's you will have your own private viewing 24 hours a day. The marina is situated below the Villa affording you fantistic views of the small boats and fishing vessels leaving & entering the Marina. Look just outside the Marina and if you are lucky you will see bottlenose dolphins, spotted dolphins and common dolphins surfacing in the clear blue waters of the bay & if you are very fortunate you can even see long finned pilot whales, these animals are amazing & are well worth looking out for whilst you are relaxing and sunbathing on the Villa Terraces. Nature really is all around you at the villa so when you look up the cliff behind the villa you can see lot's of different types of birds nesting and flying past along with rabbits and goats running wild on the cliff edge.

This villa is perfect for us. It is always spotless and has everything that we need. It had an extra coffee maker this year which was well used. Amenities are close by with lots of supermarkets and restaurants to choose from. Due to the fabulous view we spent a lot of time in the villa and thoroughly recommend it. The pool is very cold if you do not choose to have it heated but perfect for a dip after the steep walk up from the town. Initial coms are very good and we always receive a warm welcome. We hope to return.

Spacious villa, plenty of room for 4 friends having a room each. Comfortable and clean. Great kitchen facilities. Pool was lovely, part shaded and part in sun. Sun on the terraces most of the day with sunset opposite the villa. Views are spectacular. Despite other villas close by, it still felt private. The walk into Los Gigantes is only about 10 mins but is a steep hill. The peaceful and relaxing break we all needed.

It was so nice to return to villa maximus after 6 years and the villa didn’t disappoint. It was so well equipped and had everything you needed. Home from home. The views were as before spectacular…!Being 6 years older, the Villa is now starting to show its age, (bit like me) in parts and could probably do with a bit of a refresh here and there but this is a minor observation.The only other real noticeable change since our last visit and niggle were signs everywhere telling you not to do this or that. Perhaps the owners have had some problematic rentals in the past which has lead to this decision? Apart from these observations, we loved it as before, it remains a 5 star review from us and we will return again and would recommend.

Host very welcoming. Lovely outside area with spectacular views. Inside space was disappointing; the lounge area was small and the furniture very dated and marked. Pictures and information on the website are not accurate. Regarding the latter, the villa is in fact an apartment and we did have the occasional noise from above and below us.
